Food arrived after 2hrs 20 minutes and was cold over $100 for our order delivery driver was swearing at us in English and Chinese we have the video on our ring cam. Last time ordering here. This is the 3rd time over 3 years we have had an issue! We will take our business

02/02/24 - I ordered delivery that totaled $26. I gave the woman on the phone detailed delivery instructions, as I live at a large community, Starbuck Island. I was told delivery would be one hour. When the driver called to say he was here after 35 mins, I was cool with that, so I went down to the south entrance that I specifically told. The driver was at the north entrance. Very inconvenient. Then after explaining to a very polite driver the delivery instructions and handed him $40. He did not have change. All he had was twenties. What delivery driver doesn't carry small bills. My $26 doller order cost me $40. One hell of a tip. I'm very upset about this. Not how a delivery business should be managed.

Unfortunately it is very clear Spring Garden is under new management/ownership. The friendly and pleasant employees you would normally see are no longer there along with the cute decorations and words of affirmation. The vibe is completely different and the girl in the front wasn't really friendly. I knew something was off with the place just from my interaction with her. The food is not as great as it once was. Not as flavorful and crispy. I would drive here from Schenectady just for their General Tso's. It is no longer worth the drive. All good things come to an end I suppose. I must say I did like their crab rangoons and their homemade lemonade at least.

The Spring Garden has been in Troy for many years. In my opinion, they have the best Chinese food in the area.
Best Chinese I've ever had Added Bourbon Chicken and only thing I get for combo now I'm so addicted to this I highly recommend giving it a try!! Best customer service I've ever had!! We order so much lady knows my phone number and calls me by name when answering the phone!! Great personality and love the little sticky notes with positive messages!!

I ordered food at 8pm and called several times asking when my food would be arriving. My last call was at 940 and I told them I was worried my food wouldn't be fresh and they insisted it would be. My order didn't arrive until 10:45 and all my food was cold and you could tell it has been sitting. First and last time I'm ordering from spring garden

This is one of my favorite take-out restaurants in the area! I used to live close by so it was always convenient, now I live farther away and I still call this my number one spot. Their pork dumplings are amazing ?
