Waited 1.5 hours for my food on a Saturday night. I've gone during the weekdays and it's been fine. I think the manager had already left by the time I arrived.Kitchen looked dead empty. Three employees went on break 10 mins before they clocked out while both the drive through and takeout lines had lots of angry customers. I started telling people who walked in to not waste their time like me. To make things worse, the Baja blast on the soda fountain was out of syrup. I saw at least 5 people ask for refunds. I wish I asked for one sooner instead of spending so much time waiting.Overall it was a nightmare. I won't be going back even though it's one of my favorite fast food chains.

The workers are vandals, they ruined the paint on my girlfriend's car by throwing a whole box of cheese at her driver's side door while calling her multiple obscenities. Avoid this place at all costs. The absolute worst Troy has to offer, we called the police on them immediately afterwards. It was a kid with long hair who absolutely under no circumstances should be allowed to work there again.Update: I was initially contacted by someone from corporate who assured me this would be taken care of. Three months later I've received no follow up, and at this point don't expect to. I've tried reaching out multiple times with no further response. This has been a truly disappointing experience from start to finish. I urge you to take your money elsewhere.

After waiting OVER half an hour for my food, I find this in my son’s cheesy roll up. No it’s not cheese, I made sure of it. Ended up having to throw my entire order away due to the fact I didn’t want to risk eating plastic which I’m sure before knowing, my son took a bite of it.Not to mention there was nothing but teenagers working, and my order wasn’t even large. Should not have taken as long as it did. More pissed at the fact I wasted almost $40 on food only to have to throw it away due to people not paying attention and plastic ending up in my food. MY SON being who discovered it. He’s only 5.

LADY WITH MASKS !! I come here every day however today she wanted to be rude. Disrespect should not be tolerated at anyone’s restaurant. You’re way too old to be at this job anyway, your attitude is not for the front line. Have her cleaning the bathroom, mop floors, take out trash you don’t need to deal with customers to nasty. Main reason why you’re hiding your face.

terrible. literally always problem's with this Taco Bell, whether it be that there card reader is not working(which is NEVER is) or there out of a certain soda. ALWAYS a problem! I only kept going because it's so close to my house but tonight was the final straw.I order a cheesy gordita crunch with beef and nachos and cheese. I got home, walked my dog and then ate so I didn't notice that my order was wrong even on the receipt until an hour after I left. they gave me a cheesy Gordita crunch with BEANS. no meat at allllllll. idk how beans and beef sound alike but according to the manager they do; so it was MY FAULT for not annunciating . my chips and cheese.... there about a tsp on cheese in the cup. so after waiting for 15 mins to even get my food in the first place for god knows what reason(there was only 1 car in front of me in the drive through) I had to drive all the way back for a wrong order. talking hour HANGRY AF. I brought it back and I got no apology, no "we're sorry for all your trouble let me replace the whole order" literally no sort of rep-oration in anyway. they didn't even replace my chips that were now over an hour old and stale. WORST STAFF EVERRRRRRR uncluding the cashier Kaylie b. never again.

Why when I arrive before their closed. Like a respectful amount of time. They have a rude tone worker saying " taco bell closed". Other customers attempting to order food but I guess their closing hours is 1am. Should change your hours. Never attempting this location again.
