A store that offers the most delicious cookies and the most delicious fresh baked goods of all kinds. I received a good reception and quick service from the lady. The afternoon time was 5:00. Thank you so much.

Ate a giant MOUND of 50 count 'The Cookie Factory' butter cookies (with a dollop of chocolate frosting on top) over Christmas! They were soft and very addictive - especially with guests and if eaten with tea or coffee. These cookies are a great bang for your buck for parties. They are light but fatty - and yes, 'genetically engineered'. Still get your money 's worth. Review: 4

A must stop when in town, or in the area. Amazing cookies, pastry, breads and cakes. A wide range of selections, all of the highest quality - made on site, not a drop shop.

The Cookie Factory is TOP TIER! They made my cake for my gender reveal and the cake came out absolutely amazing! Better than the inspiration picture I provided! The details on the cake were amazing, the cake tasted amazing and my guests were amazed by not only how amazing the cake tasted but the PRICE which is affordable! Recommend all my guests! Thank you so much Cookie Factory! I will definitely be ordering for my baby shower!

Bit pricy, but always tasty. I'd like more variety in baked goods than just frosted cookies, but that is kinda their thing.

My family is OBSESSED with this place. Every time we visit we bring dozens of cookies home to freeze and keep until we can visit again. The fudge fantasy cookies are to die for. There’s not a better cookie in existence.

Last I knew these guys had no gluten free and no sugar free options. These guys are for the true addicts...but as soon as they meet some alt requirements...they can shew a few more people into their shop.

So been going to cookie factory for years. And after Covid, things have definitely changed. Quality seems to have gone down and so has the size of some of the items. But the prices have gone way up. Fudge cookies are still the best around. Used to be a great local bakery to support but I believe they’re pricing themselves out. ?

My long distance partner doordashed me goodies from here on my birthday. Everything was scrumptious, I especially loved the peanut butter chocolate cupcake

The baked goods are great quality, just wish I could say the same about the customer service. The workers are really miserable to deal with. Rude and brash both on the phone and in person. The baked goods aren't worth the unpleasant experience. We won’t be giving our money to these people again.

I was excited to try this place since I had heard about it. Sadly, it was a big disappointment. I got a variety of cookies to try. Chocolate chip, m&m, chocolate chip sandwich, and a special turtle decorated one. The taste of the cookies was off and tasted like old oil and fake butter. The m&m ones had the same nasty flavor, and the candies had a powdery looking finish on them. Fillings and frosting were grainy. For the price, it is not worth what you get. It smelled amazing and the staff told me it was the cheese cake company next door.

What a horrible company to do business with. They needed electrical work done ASAP. When we were done, they said you did a great job, but we don't have any money. They said they would make weekly payments but did not follow through. They asked us to do more work, but we said you have to pay your open invoice first and they hung up. We had to file a lien against the company. Please be careful doing business with Chris & Colin.

They used to be decent, but sadly, not anymore. A $40 small birthday cake we recently purchased was less than good. The cake - flavorless. The frosting - like chewing on granulated sugar. We've actually stopped purchasing their specialty cookie because the price is very high with no guarantee that they're actually fresh. Please do better Cookie Factory. You seem to have wavered on your quality.
