Had a nice meal in this very informal place right down the street from the Troy Music Hall. If you order anything here, the lemon chicken soup is the way to go. It is exceptional. Nice folks running the place also.

A red glowing sign, like a beacon on the street saying "Greek Food" (cash only) should be shunned unless absolutely dying of malnourishment.The gyro was a sort of chipped dried meat slices in a Greek-style pita and little else, besides the sort of pasty? chalky? beefsteak-style French fries. Trying to console yourself a glass or two of wine served won't last when get the bill and find you were charged $11 per glass -- and that the total for your small meal handily adds up to the $40 you just withdrew from their ATM machine.I get it, they're struggling to stay in business in a city that has taken more than a hit or two. Still, it stung. I should know better than to try to eat Greek this far north, so I deserved what I got.

Had been here for takeout and didn't notice that you can sit down and eat in here. Food is top notch and service is great, too. Eggplant fries a surprise, chicken-egg-lemon soup, spanakopita, gyro and baklava all pleasing. Nothing fancy, just good food at good price. Bring cash or use their ATM, as they don't take credit.

First Time visit and was not disappointed! The staff will tolerate any bad humor you throw at them while you wait for your meal; that's 5 Star in my book. Loved the grilled octopus appetizer and lamb gyro!

Fantastic. The owner is such a kind soul, always smiling and willing to have a great conversation. Thats not even mentioning the food, which is mouthwatering. I had the Gyro Wrap twice, since its probably one of the best gyros ive had in my life.Highly reccomend.

When going here with my parents to visit my brother and his roommate at RPI, we went here for a great lunch. We all got great souvlakis and salads. Found this place on-line as we were looking for a place for dinner after spending the day at Saratoga. This place is outstanding! Everything we had was excellent. Make sure you have some of their tzatziki with whatever you order--truly delicious. We will be returning here as the food and the service were both excellent
