We ordered delivery and it was an awful experience. We added tzatziki to our wraps and requested it as a dipping sauce for falafel and got no sauce. It wasn’t on the wraps or on the side which means they were out of it and didn’t communicate that with us. They also were supposed to text us when it got delivered or to ring our bell so we could pick it up but it sat out in the breezeway of our building for a long time cause nobody let us know it was dropped off or that they were even there for delivery. The falafel was stale and the onions on our wraps were bad. Usually had a good experience with this place but this was unacceptable.

Fantastic kebabs, as good as any place I’ve been or better. Very friendly and fast, and the food was delicious! Great prices for such large portions, could easily get 2-3 meals out of a $16 plate. Only wish they’d moved in while I was still at RPI!

The people at Kebab Zone and Big Apple are always so kind to me!! As an RPI student, their location is perfect for nights when I miss dinner and need something to eat. Their Gyro Burgers are so good, highly recommended them!
We arrived in Troy when many restaurants already were closing. The ideal restaurants were narrowed down even more by my eating vegan.Not only did the staff here kindly and clearly tell me which items were vegan, but what I ordered was delicious and very fresh, namely the baba ganoush and stuffed grape leaves.I drove to this unfamiliar part of town and got service with a smile, and added the hot sauce to the order when one of the team told me about it.Vegetarian options: Baba ganoush and stuffed grape leaves are very good.
