Visited for the first time last night. From the moment we arrived and were greeted until we left the entire experience was first rate. The staff is outstanding, so well trained but not at all stuffy . As a person with hearing loss, I was happy that I only had to mention it once and our servers were sure to speak up. Many restaurants are too loud for me, but this was thoughtfully designed to dampen noise. A little thing, maybe, but it really made a difference in the experience.I was eager to try the Wagyu hot dogs starter, it was so tasty . Husband had crab cake, which is something he loves and proclaimed it one of the best he’s had. He had scallops as a main dish. They were cooked perfectly. I had chicken with polenta, a satisfying and delicious dish.I was particularly impressed with the way leftovers were handled. Instead of bringing a box to the table for people to dump their plate into, the food is packaged in the kitchen, customer is given a ticket, and picks up their bag at the coat check on the way out. This kind of thoughtful attention to detail says something about the place as a whole.Very highly recommended.

To be fair, we have 1 or 2 other wonderful top tier dining establishments in the area but none offer the elevated menu found here. This was my 2nd visit. The food has been outstanding on both occasions and I appreciate that the menu was varied seasonally from the previous visit (not something all do beyond a dish or two, unfortunately). The teamed staffing effort works beautifully. At no point were we left waiting or felt intruded upon. Everyone is welcoming & gracious in a warm & inviting atmosphere. We will return again & again.

Amazing. Delicious. Top Notch. We started with the dollar oysters. (Thursdays). They were served with mignonette, lemon wedges and a cocktail sauce. Great start to the meal. Next, asked about and then opted for the 5 course chefs tasting meal. And so glad we did. Left totally stuffed with 2 1/2 entrees to take home. The food was fantastic. Fresh, delicious, well composed and balanced. Presentation was on point. The service was impeccable. The meal was perfectly paced and we were well cared for. The dessert was the best one I've had in a long time. Nice treat meal! Can't go back every week but certainly will return. A+

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our first visit to The Roosevelt Room last night, and it was amazing! The waitstaff was professional, kind, and diligent. I thought the portions were a great size; we left super stuffed, and it was so worth it. It's great to see a more high-end restaurant come to our area. The crispy brussel sprouts are to die for!

Such a shame. The food was absolutely delicious between the four of us. Stellar cocktails. However, the service killed the vibe for us despite how good the food was. We were there for 3 hours (too long!). Waited for over 30 minutes just for our dishes (which had no more food on them) to be taken, only after we pointed it out to the waitress, just for her to say "what were you waiting for us to do?". So much potential to vote this place a higher star value. But the service just eliminated that as an option. While we appreciate the manager comping the sub par dessert and small sized espresso martinis, it's hard to take this place over a 2. Maybe Troy is cursed.

To say me and my 2 friends had an amazing time would be an understatement! First and foremost I have to congratulate them on finding the best chef around! The flavors of the food were out of this world! Everything from the calamari,spicy shrimp,short rib dumplings, to the main course the halibut ? omg everything was amazing and we can’t wait to go back! The drinks were also so good . Your doing an amazing job and I wholeheartedly welcome you to the areaAlso I wanted to add the waitstaff was top tier amazingly friendly and attentive ??

A great menu with excellent food and a wonderful experience due to the friendliness and skill of Colin and Michelle behind the bar (we sat at the bar). They made us great cocktails and were very engaging throughout the evening. Well done.
