Customer service was great! I’m new to the area and was told to try the pizza here. The pizza was great and a young lady working the front was extremely helpful. She told me what most people order and what her favorite item was on the menu. She took her time to deal with my indecisiveness even though they were quite busy. I felt waited on and honestly felt like she was happy to help! In the end I decided to just go with a plain old pepperoni slice pleasantly surprised

The wings were great but I ordered a calzone and it's greasy soggy and like a half inch thick I just wanted a Italian mix calzone and it seemed like they were very confused as to what that was

I always scroll by this place for some reason when ordering, but about 2 weeks ago, decided to give it a try. We've ordered a few times since then. The shawarma's are good, the fries are good. The wings had great flavor. And the garlic knots were good. The girl at the counter was super friendly and pleasant even though they appeared busy. Currently waiting on my steak shawarma!

Great food but unfortunately the lady at the front counter is incredibly rude and aggressive. With plenty of other pizza choices around, I won’t be eating here again. Tried to call manager to discuss this employee and she grabbed the phone out of his hand and started threatening me, and then I was hung up on and my call was not returned. Really awful customer service ?

I didn't have the opportunity to taste their food to be honest.i ordered through UberEAT and it was never delivered, because the delivery man was too late and they were closed when he arrived.I received a call from uber to let me know, but unfortunately that made me cook my own dinner since all the Halal restaurants were closed.

I ordered through the Slice app. They forgot the topping on my pizza, which is not the end of the world but the pizza i got was truly horrible. Like grocery store freezer aisle quality pizza.. I'm confused because the pizza I got looks nothing like the pictures of the pizza I see on Yelp for this restaurant. Did the delivery driver give me the wrong pizza? I am confused and disappointed.

Order to give the new place a try! If your looking for cheap it’s okay. If your looking for fresh absolutely not food was ice cold and the pizza is terrible. Definitely won’t order again.

Omme eats has the best chicken gyros in south troy, but you can’t get one without an enormous hassle because the pizza counter lady is so rude and aggressive. She has ruined my dining experience now FOUR times, including slapping her hand on the counter at me, ignoring me intentionally, and making rude comments to both myself and my companions. I tried to call and speak with the manager about this employee but she ripped the phone out of his hand and yelled and threatened me with physical violence ? hope they manage to find some stable staff soon, so I can go back to enjoying their food! Too annoying to go there now knowing I will have to deal with that grease beast when there are plenty of other food options so close by. Give this place a miss!

Let's understand something, not my first choice but in the list of places I will get something from, especially late hours. I can eat some things. So they get my respect . A lot places I don't go through the door.
This place has terrible delivery! Uber eats let’s them deliver their own food and they take forever! It’s over 45 mins late! I want a refund because I don’t want cold food! This place should never deliver food EVER! Update my food was cold! An hour late! And the order was WRONG! Very rude staff and very bad business. The food tasted disgusting. I couldn’t eat it! Made me feel sick right away. The meat smelled rancid and looks very old. I wouldn’t serve that to a dog! I’m going to go purge what I did eat because I feel it coming back up. ?

If i could i would NO Star this buisness. Found similar reviews as i am about to post. Asked for extra Pepperoni did not get it. Calzone was burnt on bottom. My wife is allergic to Onions so asked no onions in salad, put onions in Salad anyways.Found hair baked in mine and my wifes Calzone. The calzone was so bland. It did not even smell like a Calzone. Amantis Pizza Calzones are perfect. Omme Eats food is disgusting. Tried to get ahold of them for 2 days. Do NOT order from Omme Eats. You will regret it.

I used their app to place an order for pizza, it automatically set it for 11:15 in the morning and processed it before I could stop it. pizza was never delivered they charged my card and when I contacted them the girl who answered the phone hung up on me I would appreciate the owner of this company contacting me before I call the police for charging my card with no product

One of the Best New York Pizza places in the 518 area!!! The food is excellent, generous portions and great prices. The service was fast and friendly. I highly recommended it!!!!!
