The chef seemed inexperienced and frantic. The food was half burnt, bland, and overcooked. The portion sizes for the dinner (shrimp for me) were smaller than any other hibachi restaurant I’ve been to. Had to ask for the ginger/mustard sauce at the end of the meal because it wasn’t provided.Two of our plates were dirty upon arrival.Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t go back.

I stopped by this restaurant for takeout and ordered a hibachi dinner. The staff member greeted me promptly when I entered. After looking at a menu I ordered a salmon and shrimp hibachi dinner.When I got the food home and tried some I was not impressed. I love hibachi restaurants and have tried a few but I was not happy with the fried rice at all. The fried rice was literally just that...rice. The dinner did not make want to return anytime soon.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at this sushi restaurant! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality. The ambiance was delightful, setting the perfect mood for a fantastic meal. The menu was a true culinary journey, offering an impressive variety of fresh and creative sushi rolls. Each dish was a work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with flavors that danced on my taste buds. 18% tip just to sit down. Terrible tempura. If you don't look at the bill you might over tip by as much as 24%. Will never go back. Ambiance is cheap, duct tape on the ceiling?

I love sumo sushi!! It is my go to sushi restaurant with my husband. Prices are reasonable and the food is amazing I haven't had a single bad experience and we've been there countless times! The staff is always super friendly and welcoming!

They gave me old food from days before probably , I paid cash so I won’t get my moneys back or try , it taste sour and rice is hard , and veggies so soggy obviously sitting in sauces for days ,egg is clearly old and hard in rice as well , they got nerve , serving this to people. it’s sad I paid 25 dollars , and feel robbed. I will not be going back , these people are nasty and thieves also they give you only onions and zucchini no Brccoli or murshrooms, they’re ready to take that moneys but not give back in quality of foodsTHEY SAVE FOOD FROMUBER OR DOOR OR GRUB HUB THAT doesn’t get picked up and use it for to GOs next days , they are nasty UNHONEST establishment ! NowI hopeNot to get ILL next days …..BEWARE OF GETTING FOOD TO GO FROM THIS PLACE ! Don’t use the apps for this place and forget about taking your time to pick up !

i have been going here since I was like 8 and I always used to go but I recently moved ? I miss it a lotI love the appetizer soup it is the best!!!! I wish I got the recipe I always went here for my birthday and they are so niceI miss it SO MUCH AND I WILL NEVER FORGET !!!! ????

I ordered at Sumo not ever ordering from here before. The sushi/sashimi tasted like it had been in an open refrigerator area for days taking on old rancid flavors. We could barely eat our order. We also ordered shumai and the dough was thick and undercooked. All in all I would not recommend since most of what we ordered was thrown out. Very disappointed.

We just ordered sushi from here for the first time and we were disgusted. The yellowtail sashimi was spoiled!! It was also in the Naruto roll so we had to toss that too. We ordered enough rolls and food for 3 people and we're given 4 packets of soy sauce. The Naruto roll was also missing the vinegar sauce. Overall the experience was horrific and we're all hoping we don't get sick. I will NEVER order from here again.

Just found a hair in my sushi. I am absolutely disgusted. I used to come here years ago and decided to give it a try again. Quality is not there. Hair in sushi??? I will never go back.

Excellent time here with some friends. Great tasting, great service, and good Hibachi show. Definitely will go back for the next time we do Hibachi!
