Frustrating when you order something and the sandwich is just slapped in the bag unwrapped and your sandwich is falling apart in the bag. Also ordered 2 Mac and cheeses - one large, one kids size. Was given 2 kids sizes, and no utensils for those or the soup I ordered through the drive through. Staff corrected the size issue with the order and got utensils but I went through the drive through so I didn't have to drag my kids inside. Not a nicest Panera I have ever been. My only regret is that I told the order person to give only half cup of caccuchino but I got full and when I asked to change she was asking me to pay for that order. Atmosphere was so so and I ordered Mediterranean chicken warm bowl which was not tasty at all.

Turns out Panera isn't anything special. Did I really wait 10 minutes for someone to make me an average sandwich? Cashier also handed me the wrong drink, but whatever just wanted that killer charged drink. Guess I will never know the taste of the blood orange.
