This place is a mess. Food is all over the place and dried spit on the glass separator. They can't take an order properly and just fill the bowl with what they want. Then they try to overcharge you intentionally and pretend to make a mistake when you catch them. This is not the first time Chipotle charged me the incorrect amount. If I didn't know any better, I would think this is standard practice.

Decided to go there for a bite to eat before enjoying the solar eclipse, since I hear it's a great place to enjoy some Tex Mex cuisine. I was online to get some good eats and I looked around to enjoy the decor as well as, get a feel for the atmosphere to my horror I was greeted by dirty tables and left over crumbs from a previous meal someone seemed to have enjoyed. I was disappointed to see three stand style tables dirty with crumbs and one even had a receipt on it upon looking at that I instinctively turned around and had to leave. While leaving I was thinking it would only have taken a few minutes of an employees time to come wipe the tables. I was upset because it where I wanted to sit and eat but I had to reconsider very dirty guys, dishes piled where customers can see is a bad sign of cleanliness. Yeah 1 star ⭐ for me I'll never be back.

The excuse »they have a large group of 14 people. They should be able to handle countless groups. It’s lunch time people. After 20 mins of waiting. Still not served. It’s terrible.

Ordered a chicken al pastor bowl and saw only like 5 cubes of chicken in my bowl. Spending $12 for a meal, you’d expect to get decent portions but not from this location. You can’t make this up. Stay away from here.

I came in to get a bowl but after finding out they had no cheese no sour cream and something else the didn't have I opted out and got the chips with salsa. While waiting to be ring up the lady in front of me noticed that the online orders and cheese and sour cream so she asked why couldn't she have cheese and sour cream they responded oh that's for online mind you they have taken and made 4 orders and all of us were just standing there waiting to pay the girl came over after handling the garbage and some kinda bucket to take out payment gross ?.

I placed my order 15 minutes in advance, and even tipped the crew. However, I walked inside when I received the ready notification and was ignored for ten minutes while staff refilled their personal cups with fountain soda and drank. Others just avoided eye contact. I felt uncomfortable for waiting patiently. For context there was only one other customer in the store and 4 employees in the front. Now I did not complain to the staff nor obnoxiously show that I was frustrated. Instead I tried to use the chipotle app to remove my tip. Option is not available. And they marked my order ready, but it was not on the shelf. Honestly, if I wasn’t ignored for ten minutes I wouldn’t want to remove my tip. Chipotle can you kindly refund my tip?
