Awesome! Beer was excellent, very good varities, all immediately recognizable for their style and still unique. Very delicious food. Schnitzel sliders were a big hit. Staff was super friendly, attentive, and really made the experience top notch.Solid tap room and two large seating areas. Great music. Great vibe. Not sure when life will take me back to Utica but if it does, this is a must stop.

I've stopped here twice on the way from Toronto Canada to the Boston area. Both the beer and the food is great. Nice clean venue. Great service both times.

First time in and we had a great experience. At first I was concerned, I’d have nothing to eat but they do offer vegetarian burgers and ‘chicken’. My burger was delicious. I feel they should list these on the menu, because we almost skipped it because it is not listed online or the menu. I had to ask. Service was good also. And the building is gorgeous.

Great service, clean, and a good selection of drafts.

Absolutely amazing experience! We needed a quick meal with the kids before heading on the Polar Express train, and Bagg's did not disappoint! We had amazing appetizers, the kids LOVED the pretzels. The adults sampled beer- top freaking notch. Our dinners were fantastic - simple burgers for the kids, I had the meatballs, hubby had the garbage plate. The service was exceptional as well .... One bartender/server and she was swamped, but always smiled and kept it all running smooth.

The Brussel sprouts were the only issue with this dish, not bad just nothing special. On the note of the Swedish Meatballs, very large, filling and flavorful. The potatoes were some of the best I've ever had. They tasted like someone cut up gnocchi, sautéed them with butter and they just melt in your mouth with a flurry of flavor.

Ambiente is great, food is good.Music is hurtfully and unnecessarily loud.

After a long drive from Connecticut I stopped here and was impressed. Now I normally borderline hate potato salad. But there’s was so good I actually ordered a second one after I wolfed down the first. The burger was great. And the staff was hustling. I was there for two hours and the staff didn’t touch their cell phones once. Just focused on taking orders.. Even though they where short a couple of people they were able to provide good service. Very clean in there… my only note is the staff was friendly (even when under load) but a good portion of the patrons were very stuck up.

Awesome food, excellent beers, and a really cool atmosphere. Went here for lunch with my friend and the bartender was wicked nice and attentive. Can't say enough good stuff about her and our experience! We ended up getting the pretzel, a flight, a pint of Jenn and the Giant Peach (great peach flavor), a donut brunch hamburger, the schnitzel sliders, and a couple glasses of their limited release Halloween beer. It was all great! They are also dog friendly, but I think you have to call ahead to make sure it's alright.

Super fun selection of local brews and charming atmosphere paired with some delicious eats!! Rachele made some great selections. Loved the Altbier. Dark in color but super drinkable and refreshing. The WÜRZIGES HUHN chicken sandwich was fantastic and definitely should not be missed. Highly recommend!!

While the place was nice, it was a tad warm and when we asked if the air could be adjusted and we were told that "the owner was the the only one who could adjust the air and they were not on site". Also the bartender was rude. I was not the only one to notice this, several of my classmates expressed the same opinion after getting a drink. We did call a few days earlier about our get together in hopes of having two bartenders, but it must have fallen on deaf ears.

Great beer, and a great place to hang in general. Not the kind of spot we get a lot of in Utica, and I intend that entirely as a compliment. Next time you find yourself in town, this is a mandatory stop.

We had to go to Utica pick up our granddaughter. Decided to try out a local microbrewery and found this delightful place! We shared a flight and my husband's favorite was a pilsner and I really enjoyed the Russian imperial stout. The menu is limited, however their eclectic spin on German food is unique and delectable. We had the roasted brussel sprouts and the schnitzel sliders. We also got a side of German potato salad. No complaints about this place! The bartender was cute, friendly and very attentive.
