Have been getting our food thete for years. Most recent experience was awful. Food was tasteless. Crab Rangoon did not have the same look they have always had and the contents were pasty. So disappointed.

I was wondering if they changed owners food was not up to standards I ordered two combo meals and asked for broccoli to be cooked soft and it was hard as a brick. Hot garlic sauce was tastless as well as the pork fried rice. First time ever paying for something that I could not eat.I guess its grand harmony from now on.I will not do that again .its a shame I have Been a loyal customer for over twenty years???
I would've liked to have the option to eat there but the food was mostly good but the wonton soup tasted a little old.

This is the fourth place to do this. If you don't understand instructions, why don't you ask questions? If you can't do that, why are you in business? 1.-First of all, the prices of the food is 3-4-5-6 dollars more than what is on the computer. This is false advertising and it's against the law, but I know no one is going to do anything about this. 2.- I said over 3 times, NO WHITE RICE. It is to be the fried rice. I get home and every single time, it's the white. I can not eat the white.. The person behind the counter says, 'yes' they understand. Why do I keep getting white? Do they have to proof how stupid they are? Good Friend, 50 Avert Ave, Number 1, 1122 Mohawk st., Empire City, 913 Court have all done this. I paid extra at Empire City and I still got the white. It was on the receipt. It took it back. This woman started fighting with me. The others don't bother to right it down. It's ridiculous. I shouldn't have to tear apart the take-out order before leaving the building. But it looks like I have to from now on. I am running out of chinese restaurants.

Pretty clean lookin building nice staff. I would recommend for cheap meal. The sesame chicken I just got, the sauce is great. But the chicken Itself is chewy. I got mix veggies. It's not even butter it's like black.. like they threw the grease of the chicken, in my veggies..... it's inexpensive Chinese. U get what u pay for.I Do not recommend thoughTrying to add the nasty pic but I guess I can't figure it out, maybe my phone.. sorry guys

Ordered beef Lo Mein, was delivered Shrimp Lo Mein. Not a fan of shrimp but what if I had a shellfish allergy? It was through doordash but I don't want the driver to be penalized or lose money because of the restaurants mistake. So I came here to at least mention it. Added 2nd photo because I realized people could think that perhaps shrimp Lo Mein was the 3rd item ordered and I was trying to be 'that guy'.

Decent food but the online ordering NEVER works. And be prepared to wait forever if some asshat has a huge order ahead of you. I mean wait upwards of an hour or more. Just show up and go when they aren't busy. Otherwise you are wasting your time. Don't bother if you have to go back to work
