Ordered before and the food was great today we received a burnt meatball sub and smashed container of riggies..what a waste of money and time. Frustrating. Oven needs cleaned or adjusted. Not sure how it was even allowed to leave the restaurant knowing the food was burnt. Would you serve this to a dine in customer?

Hidden Gem of East Utica. I've devoured so many of the things on this menu, and not a single time was I disappointed. BBQ Chicken Pizza and ask her to "Burn It" You'll enjoy it like no other Brick Oven Pizza EVER. Charred to Perfection!

Ordered delivery and been 2 hours and still waiting .. unacceptable I will not be ordering from here again .. and my pizza is foul and harder then a rock .. who ever cooked this food should be fired .. I hope the owner doesn’t offer me free food when he see’s this because I wouldn’t even feed my dog with that food

I ordered pizza a day in advance, the driver that was picking it up messaged saying he was there for half an hour before it was supposed to be delivered and they didn't even start it, they were also very rude and unprofessional. They ended up canceling the order instead of making it.

We stumbled upon Bellagio’s a bit lost off the interstate at the end of a long day of driving. Our order wasn’t ready on time due to an error with a third party app, and we just about said forget it. The owner/manager? and staff hustled to get our food ready, and were very kind to my elderly mom. The pizza and honey mustard hot wings were well worth the wait. If we are ever in New York state again, we will for sure stop at Bellagio. The hot wings were the best we’ve had.

So Disappointing. Don’t waste your time or money. We’ve ordered DoorDash from here a handful of times. The first time we did it was excellent. Thin crust, crispy and delicious. My boyfriend ordered the chopped cheese and couldn’t stop talking about it. We were so excited to find a new place!Sadly, since then it has been a progressive decline into misery. Today marked the final straw. The bottom of the pizza was burnt beyond belief. The photos of the sandwich speak for themselves…they literally tried to scrape the burnt pieces off the bread instead of just getting a new roll?! Absolute savages. Never again.

This was the most disappointing disgusting food I've ever tasted, I ordered 2 steak and cheese sandwiches and it was do bland no taste whatsoever and was just thrown togetheri mean no salt or pepper and the steak was very chewy. I would not recommend anyone to order it unless your starving and haven't eaten in 5 years, the bread was old and hard I would never step foot back in this place EVER! the pictures on door dash are just that like I think eating the photos of the good looking food would taste better! You walk in and even the restaurant is bland YUCK ?

Food is great. As far as delivery goes, everytime I give them another chance, something always happens to affect my order.Could have to do with issues from the move. Don't mistake my review. They are very pleasant and always genuinely apologetic for the inconveniences. They always promise to "take care of you next time", however seem to forget next time. Lol They are great though. Give them a chance. I'm taking a break for a while. Hopefully I'll be able to update my 3⭐to a 5⭐.
Great Pizza Spot! Good sauce on the pizza which is huge for me. The boneless wings are so good. They actually taste like a wing, not popcorn chicken like other joints. Prices are amazing as well. I'll be checking out some sandwiches and specialty pizza's in the future. Go check this place out.

First i just wanna say this is the best place in Utica hand down. im originally from Tampa FL many restaurants try to make a Cuban sandwich and have dramatically failed ....Bellagio takes number one best cuban sandwich.Took me down teenage memory lane.... everything else they make is banging too

This place is heads and tails above the million other pizzerias that pop up around here. Portions large, prices reasonable, & they actually care about customer service. Always hesitant to try anything other than pizza from pizzerias here because usually its been sitting in a container for who knows how long and then microwaved to order.. gross. Not the case here. You can tell the chicken parm wasn't days old. Tasted super fresh. They didn't just throw chicken tenders in, you can tell they hand breaded cutlets, and omg were they done right and delicious. The sauce was great, not metallic tasting like out of a can, not loaded with sugar, it was perfect. Way better than most of the pasta dishes ive gotten from various restaurants around. They also followed all my special requests which is rare! Looking forward to continuing to patronize!

Great PIzza and awesome personal service! Had heard about how great Bellagio's was and we weren't disappointed!! We ordered a cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza and a meatball hero. Food was REALLY good and we will definitely be back!! Super nice owners!

I ordered the chicken BBQ Pizza and it seems to be delicious if only it wasn't so dang cold! I used Uber Eats to deliver my food and the restaurant is 7 minutes away from me so there's no reason at all this pizza should be cold. The Box wasn't even warm to the touch. But if you can tolerate cold pizza, this is your place! The pizza has great flavor
