Today I got disappointed with Charles pizza I ordered 2 large pizzas and 30 wings pizzas are extra small wings wrong sos but price was extremely high I will never go back there again

Stopped in with the family I walked away with a few garlic slices, the lady had a slice and a salad ,and daughter an eggplant sub all delicious. Great service even better food .

Ok i am picky as hell when it comes to pizza (from Staten Island btw, ?♂️)i have to say by far the best I've had in the area and I have tried so many it's almost absurd to think about. The sauce may be a little bit on the tangy side but I can deal with that at least they put actual effort into making pies. So for that I say thank you and kuddos????

This Pizzeria used to be the 'GOTO' for Dinner and now it's the place to stay away from after switching hands with new Management that wants todo it his way rather than the way the customers for years like myself have gone to for nights when you don't want to cook Dinner! Customer Service is somewhat polite over the phone but in person you are seated and orders are taken almost immediately. Pizza, Calzones and Subs aren't made the way they once were made which was better because you had more of a filler. Until they find a new course I'll probably invest more money there but for now Franco's (Whitesboro) & Tony's (Burrstone Rd, South Utica) is the togo for Dinner for me.

The food here is really good, albeit a little on the expensive side for a pizza joint. For example, my wife and I ate here for lunch recently and two sandwiches, two orders of fries, and a 20 oz soda cost us nearly $40. Granted, there was more than enough food for each of us, and we had leftovers enough for another lunch the next day at home, so really it was four meals for $40, but at the time it was a bit of a shock. Food quality and taste were very good though. Excellent fries.

We got the Charlies box when we were visiting family and it was perfect! We got the riggies, chicken parm, garlic knots, salad, and 2 pizzas and everybody was happy. We would definitely order that again. We had 7 adults and 5 kids eating this amount of food and we had leftovers.

I order here quite often and recently have experienced..food over cooked and not prepared correctly like!!!! Steak over cooked and dry and not putting what I ordered in the sandwich. Then I call and complain so they say call back when your ready to order again and they'll take care of it. So I call and get Nothing but attitude like a was lying about my past order. So I'm like ok w.e can I order a large steak sub with peppers and onions with French fries. Well the got the sandwich right but ner put in for the fries So I only got half of what I ordered and Nothing but attitude SMH!! So hence the review ? peter Aiken
