Had a tasting here for our wedding cakes. Owner got our orders wrong, but that's ok we ate them anyway and they were delicious. That's the reason for 2 stars. We left her a voicemail letting her know we would love for her to do our wedding cake. She texted a few weeks later to confirm and said she would send the contract in a few weeks. This was in November. We never got it, so I texted her after the new year and she didn't respond. So the following week or 2 I called and she answered, said she would email us the contract that day. I texted her my email so she had it in writing. We never heard from her again.

Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend!!! We ordered a cake and the whole thing exceeded every expectation. The decorations were stunning and the inside was so moist and tasted great. We had no issue ordering it even with Valentine’s Day being the day before we needed it. Pick up went smoothly, the price was absolutely ideal for what we wanted/recieved. We’re never going anywhere else for any cake we need, this company has gained a lifetime customer!! ??

Andrea Graves did an excellent job with my wedding cake ? and cupcakes The cake was so large, thick and delicious ? and every cupcake flavor was just out of this world especially the cannoli flavor! Thanks Andrea for doing an excellent job designing our cake with all our favorite movie characters as we received so many compliments! Also great attention to detail on the cupcake designs!

Andrea was great from the beginning to end. We live over an hour from her bakery and she drove all the way to Syracuse to hand deliver our taste tests. The day of our wedding she delivered our cake and cupcakes to the venue and set everything up with no worries. My daughter’s first birthday theme was “Holy Cow I’m One” and I asked for a cow cake and WOW did the owner do an absolutely beautiful job!!! I had so many people compliment the cake and people were all getting their phones out to take pictures of it. The cake was not only beautiful but also delicious! I will absolutely be calling Classy Cakes again when I need another cake. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I ordered a cake recently 1st time using this baker. I was pleased with the size for the price but I definitely expected a bit more decor and that the cake taste good. The cake was overbaked and the frosting was very sugary and tasted a bit off I think due to the spray on color. For the cost I was a bit disappointed.
