Great location and parking, unfortunately the staff is missing or fighting with each other. I was ignored at derive through and drove to window where the staff acknowlwdged me and a male and a female started arguing and yelling as " she was lazy and not doing her job". Seemed like she hit him as he challenged her to "put your hands on me again" and she said she didn't care. They were cursing at each other with window open and of course git my order wribg but I wanted out. I took 2 videos and I am looking where to send them. This is not only disrespectful for co-workers but for costumers looking fir a good or at least normal experience.

This morning I went to pick up a mobile order after staying away from Dunkin’ Donuts because of the horrible service for months and the girl in the video that I will send named Alana just stood at the register and refused to make mobile orders as I just stood there, and she never even acknowledged these orders while other people in their stations worked The what I assume to be manager told her that she either needed to do her job or clock out the girl Alana refused to clock out and decided to make a complete scene. The heated vulgarity was just astonishing. I have never in my life watched something like this, go on in a public place of business, it took me over an hour to get an order that was ordered a half an hour before I even went to the store and it took for the drive-through employee to go and make my order while this girl continue to walk around the store screaming and cursing at everybodyI need to be compensated well for this disgusting behavior and it’ll be a miracle if I ever step foot into a Dunkin’ Donuts in my life again after this episode I have 2 videos FYP!

Is this even considered a restaurant? Don’t get out of your car here because the panhandlers will do whatever they can to get money from you. Went inside this dunkin before a long trip to Canada and it took us 47 minutes to get our food. The people worker couldn’t stop talking about how they would be off in “10 minutes” and didn’t worry about anyones food. I know this is not the employees fault, but dunkin needs to do better at picking who to hire if this is the reputation they are giving. When I got my food they gave me half a sausage and laughed about it. Mohawk street is definitely the new spot!

I WENT TO THIS PLACE TODAY ARROUND 12 40 OR 1PM, THE GUY ON THE WINDOW WAS SO RUDE, I ordered 1 medium frozen coffee and specified not whip cream and no flavor, is not the first time I buy this, ? he ignored me and did whip cream anyway I told him and he got all defensive and said, "next time you speak properly because I didn't understand that "obviously English is not my first language but others understand my order since 2017 I arrived to this country, so instead of accepting his mistake and fix it, he got angry and yield at me and my husband, I didn't payed for it I just left but if they don't care I guess I save my 6 dlls, and make it in my blender, I'm tired of young kids Marihuana smell, at Genesee st dunkin donuts if they don't like it they can quit utica is made of outsiders and refugees they like it or not I wasn't speaking other than English if he didn't understand me in the first place he could let me know instead I'm paying I order like I want it like they always do but he basically told me you will drink it like I said because your bad pronunciation, ?
