This has got to be the worst Dunkin in utica. Service is extremely slow. There staff walks around like there lost. Every 1 looks miserable, and half the time they don't have the donuts you want. O AND DID I MENTION HOW SLOW THEY ARE.

Female cashier was very bothered for customers being there. I ordered two cups of coffee, 1 black, the other with two cream. When I looked at the recipe the one with cream had sugar as well. When I corrected her she was quite sarcastic.

I Dunkin Daily and it doesn't dissapoint.. service fast and friendly.. altho they need to step up their merch game as starbuck cups ? are sooooo Cutecuz yeh I will go to the competition if necessary even tho they forget my whipcream on occasion... ???which ftr is something Dunkin NEVER does no matter how BUSY they get!! Kudos!
