I travel for work. I live in Plainfield IL, we have a Franco's pizza. So I had to try this one. Got my pizza and it's cold. This place is down the street from my hotel. Avoid if you're looking.

$15 min. with debit/CC.Makes it very difficult to buy slices when you have a $15 min. Probably won't be going back anytime soon for that very reason.Pizza was alright. Not the best, but definitely not the worst. I still liked the food. Minus the garlic knots. Those were very dry! I needed a gallon of water to wash one of them down! (I don't ever remember them being so dry! What happened?)Bring cash for slices.Buy a whole pizza with debit/CCAvoid the garlic knots.Parking: VERY difficult to find parking without parking on the street.

Francis is a hopping deli and Italian restaurant. Customers were lined up when we arrived, but all of us were waited on promptly at lightning speed. Food came out very quickly for our group of four. It was all extremely delicious and portions were very generous. We each are and got drinks for under $15 each which was amazing! I recommend that you definitely try out Franco's if you are in the Utica area. It is not a fancy place , it is more of a typical pizzaria atmosphere, but it is great if you are on the go. The parking lot is small but across the street is a giant lot so can easily overflow with parking there. That's what we did and you just had to walk a few feet. Kudos to everyone at Franco's!
