I hardly write reviews let alone a negative one however- Never ever, ever, ever again. It took over 15-20 minutes for the food to come out although he told us it was ready when we asked. $59 for a large oxtail, medium jerk chicken and 6 drinks. Both dishes had VERY LITTLE FOOD in them. There were 2 pieces of oxtails. A piece of jerk chicken sliced in half and a tablespoon of cabbage in both. When I asked about the price and why he was charging so much and different from what the menu said, he points to something on the menu that says “prices subject to change.” So he changed the price just because and without warning then had the nerve to give us a little bit of food. The little bit of food that he did give us was OK at best. We were too disappointed to enjoy it.He did prepare the food and I hate being THAT customer is the only reason I didn’t walk out with nothing.

I stumbled across this place and I have to say it was the best. The owner was very friendly the door was amazing. I love jerk chicken and this was by far one of the best jetk chickens I have ever tasted. The cabbage was absolutely mouth watering. I could have had an entire dish of just cabbage and would have been happy.

The owner was very nice. The food came out quicker than expected and the food was phenomenal!! I had the jerk chicken with rice and peas mixed with some ox tail gravy and the mac and cheese as well. I can't wait to go back and have the ox tail.

Be advised! Call ahead to place your order only to come inside and place the same order again. (?) The Jerk chicken left me feeling like a jerk and the im-pasta pasta was lackluster at best. Lastly, no matter what you order it's gonna be $20.

I've tried j*** chicken and oxtail, both are great, and go very well with the cream soda! Usually have to wait 15 to 20 minute for food but it's well worth it. The owner is very nice too.

Very disappointed my family and I are from The Bronx and LOVE Jamaican food, but coming into the restaurant was a terrible experience, I walk in and say hello and NO ONE atteneded me not even a hello as I walked in. I walked out as fast as I walked in. We wanted Jamaican food so bad, but NEVER coming back here!

Food was very good. I ordered small Oxtails with Rice and Peas with a side of J*** Chicken. The man who answered the phone was very nice. The food came out to about $34. The only cons is that you can't order online, I had to give my CC info by phone because I didn't have cash. It took about 45 minutes to get the food but I wasn't in a rush. I hope they'll be able to upgrade to online orders and delivery. Still I'll give them five⭐️ for good service and food.
