I have never seen so many mice in one place in all my life. In the time between paying for my order at the window and receiving my food I must have seen 10+ mice run through the establishment. Crawling around on all the surfaces. I was so grossed out I couldn't eat the food.

Veronica was very pleasant but that's about it. After paying and waiting at the drive thru window for the food we witnessed at least 6 mice running around like crazy all over the back of the restaurant where the food is prepared. I asked for a refund because there was not a chance in hell I was going to eat food from here after that. Board of health needs to pay a visit here ASAP!

Came for breakfast and ordered with the drive thru, ended up in the waiting line for at least 20 minutes. Then when I received my food, 2 out 3 of the orders were wrong.. so we waited again for another almost 10 minutes for my daughters hash brown, they forgot the first time. Smh.won't be returning soon

I’m not strict when it comes to fast food because I understand people make mistakes but this was unacceptable. My biggest pet peeve with fast food is ordering and acting saying every little thing they reply with “is that all” she said it every 2 seconds which I find rude. I wanted a smoothie and she said they weren’t doing smoothies. I ordered 2 quarter pounder meals the fries were not salty at all. My soda tasted like watered down seltzer water and they only gave me one meal when I ordered 2 and didn’t offer to give me the other meal. Was very disappointed at the service. Will not be coming to this mckdonalds again.

Again, I was unable to get a Shamrock shake! That's the third time in as many days, stopping at the Utica, NY, store! There were not nearly enough staff members, the one woman shouted at me to order on the kiosk, which was rude. This is a HORRIBLE franchise location

Pulled in through the drive-through double lanes there were cars sitting for 10 minutes without anyone taking their order, they left I pulled out to where normally you pay the person in the first window. Nobody there pull up to the second window saw there is at least seven employees standing around, looking like there was some kind of chaos going on. I thought maybe they were getting robbed considering the location he took my order they all looked I was nuts pulling up put in order in that the order I just don’t know how you make money if they’re not taking orders through the drive-through and people pulling off and not making any money Bad management
Well I’ll start off by saying they stopped in the middle of me ordering my food and didn’t say anything for like 5 minutes (never had that happen before) and then when I order my Big Macs they messed them up and put extra of what I didn’t want on there. Then at the first window they dropped my change and then told me have a good day and shut the window (any other McDonald’s I went to replaced it if they ever dropped the change)! Never will I go back! I recommend not going there!
