Open since 1934, this unique spot is apparent once you open the door: The owner's Jack Russell terrier barks at you, announcing your arrival. He is then willing to be petted, and circles back to your table to be sociable. We arrived on a Lenten Friday, searching for a fish fry. It was all we could have hoped for and more: Choice of three portion sizes, generous sides, and it arrived quickly. There are daily specials, written on the blackboard by the front door. The patrons are mostly neighbor regulars at the bar; the music is late 70's Top 40. This is a good place to relax.

Tiny's is the name but big is what you get... Nice friendly, cozy atmosphere, local place!Great music to listen to while enjoying a cold drink with bite to eat and meet new friends. Make it to Tiny's and see how "big" it really is!

Ran out of Guinness at 6pm on St. Pats day. Never brought water. Raw fries AFTER meal eaten. Asked for Russian dressing for my Reuben, they were all out. Um, it’s St. Pats day. Waitress ‘tossed’ our silverware at us. Crackers too. Soup served in to-go containers. I felt like twilight zone. Wrecked my Irish holiday. Worst! Oh & Dollar tree table coverings. Only 5menu choices. No salad at all on ‘special’ menu!!

Had a great time every time we’ve been there. Extremely welcoming and slight quirky vibe. Bartenders are easy to talk to, and service is always prompt. Plus…the nutcracker display is truly impressive. Definitely worth stopping in at least once to experience the space!

Omg, you've got to see all of the Nutcrackers. The owner has an amazing collection.

Jazz musicians who are hitting their stride the day after Thanksgiving are rare souls. But you can find them at Tiny’s Grill in Utica. The place has been a jazz club and nutcracker museum for three decades. Good food. Great music. Fun people.

Historic, famous, and the food is out of this world. Every time Utica has a dignitary stop by, the grab lunch here. Try the kielbasa on rye with peppers. It will change your life for the good

It has been awhile since I have been to Tiny's, as I now live out of state. Two visits there on my recent stay in Utica didn't disappoint me one bit. Prices are still really reasonable, the service was impeccable and the food was "delish" both times. It was even better than I expected and remembered. What can be better than a Utica fish fry.....and cans and clams? It's a great break from a chain restaurant. I wish I had a Tiny's in Hollywood, Fla.

Didn't stay long enough for dinner. The noise level was a bit overpowering. However, it was usually a very good experience. The entertainment was very loud for the acoustics. Service is always good. And the food as well. I missed seeing the doggie LOL.

We attended a live Jazz performance on Saturday April 30 2022. The atmosphere was nice. The music was great, and the menu and food disappointing.

The New England clam chowder was watery, potatoes were hard didn't taste like any clam chowder I ever had. The grilled cheese and tomato sandwich was like more like a grilled cheese and ketchup sandwich. I should have gotten the fish fry which my friends said was delicious. That being said I will go there again. Wrong choice for me that day

Friday 1/28/2022 road trip to Tiny's to see the Nutcrackers and have lunch. The reviews were very good. I ordered the Haddock. I was surprised there were so many coating choices. I ordered the haddock with Panko breadcrumbs. It came with coleslaw and fries. The haddock and the coleslaw were very good but the fries were disappointing. Some were hard, some limp, all were greasy. My wife ordered a medium rare burger with fries. The burger was very well done the fries were the same as mine. She asked for a diet Coke or diet Pepsi. Were not sure what she got but it didn't taste like either.
