Found this place after a soccer game. It has the best authentic Colombian food, and this is coming from a native Colombian. Service is amazing!, food is amazing, and lets not forget about the drinks! Had a frozen pasion fruit margarita! I totally recommend this place!

The “Picada” was made terribly. It was all plátano and fake yuca. Everything was OVERCOOKED, the whole plate was burnt. We also ordered a “Consume” and once again it was all potato and barley any liquid. True disgrace to Colombian culture.

We are used to ordering a snack in this restaurant but the quality has dropped a lot, it comes with a lot of banana, cassava that is not even cassava, little meat and very burnt. The consommé was pure potato, a lot of stir-fried potatoes and no broth. I hope they improve the quality.

My husband and I have ordered takeout multiple times from them, but over the last three orders, we noticed a significant drop in the food quality. The chicken tasted like rubber (It’s like you’re bitting on plastic), the steak isn't well seasoned, chicharron not well done. Little details like the sauces, they don't give it even when we requested them. Today was the last opportunity we gave Chicken Coop.

Unfortunately, it’s been a constant at this location. They forget some part of my order that I have to drive back from my home, to pick up the missing items. The young lady couldn’t care less. But the possible owner, was apologetic and even though I appreciate that, it just makes me uneasy to continue to order out. Literally, spend $80-$100 here, to get terrible service. Didn’t even offer to compensate.This is the 3rd time, consecutively they forget parts of my order. I can’t find myself ordering from here again.So check your orders people, before leaving with your pick up.

Order delivery from here often. Food is delicious, have tried many things, and it is all delicious. Favorite is their steak with onions, rice beans plantains and a salad for $20 bucks. Can't beat the price.

Where do I start ?? I have been coming to place for almost 4 months now . Me and my staffs. So I started placing orders online due to being busy at work ( I am a business owner) . First time I placed an order online my order was cancelled because they was no delivery person available, I called spoke to the manager he apologized and told me to replace the order . Delivery person ( female ) came in my shop didn’t even say hello , immediately asked for tip ? So me , my workers and my client stopped and looked at her and I said to her what happened?? She repeated her self and asked for tip again. She was told me that they told her tip was not included so she should ask me in person. I didn’t know tip was mandatory. On their website it states $0 delivery fee when placing an order online from their website. So I gave her a tip but I was still mad I didn’t call or say anything . Today now 4/19/24 I am working busy at work I’m hungry , tired and do not have time to step out to get food so I go online to placed an order . I placed the order and then I get a call saying no tip was included, I’m shocked that I would get a phone call about tip that is not mandatory. The staff at chicken coop argued with me about tipping and how the tip is for the drive gas and etc. why is that my problem?? I paid for my food and paid tax . There are no sticker on the window from Ny certificates stickers on the doors, windows . She started to yell at me because of what I was telling her . I said to her what if I don’t tip what happens she told me that my order will not get delivered and I would have to come pick it up. Guess what happened she canceled my order !!!! I asked to speak to an manager and she said he’s not here . Once I was done with work I went to chicken coop to speak to a manager who was there sitting down. I spoke to him there were no accommodation given just a simple I’m sorry. I felt like he wasn’t even listening to me . What I was saying went through one ear and came out the other. I spent a lot money at this place with friends , my workers , family and clients . Delivery suck , when you call to speak to someone it’s very unprofessional. Your workers need to be re-trained properly and professional. Sad to say I am very disappointed on how I was spoke too over phone.

Do not believe the rest of the reviews, this restaurant has come down a long way ever since the pandemic.The food isn’t the same as before, everything used to taste fresh and now it’s not.You can tell by the quality of the meats, it’s either very small or very old meat.On top of all that, they raised they’re prices on everything.Drinks are still bomb tho…
Slow service and waste of time. The servers and the owner lies to your face on how long the food will be served to you. They will tell you its 5mins but you will end up waiting for 25mins! Such a waste of time and energy!
