Not sure if it's just this branch or IHOP as a whole, but this was incredibly lackluster. My eggs Benedict hollandaise sauce looked disgusting and tasted just as bad. Service was relatively slow despite an empty restaurant. I'd skip this place.

Oh boy ! I came here before and had an ok experience but today was THE WORST. My husband and I decided to stop for breakfast on our way to go shopping. We went in about 7:15am and sat and waited by the front for about 20 mins before being asked how many because the waiter wasn’t paying attention. I think her name is Clara C. We got seated FINALLY. There were about three other tables with people so it wasn’t packed. We got coffee and asked for cream. The waiter brought the cream to the table before us and they said no thank you and took it away. So now we had to ask and wait for cream AGAIN since she forgot which table asked for cream. Mind you, it WAS NOT PACKED AT ALL! Now, we placed our order, food came about 20 mins later then, I had to wait about 8 mins to get her attention for some tobacco be she she would not check on her customers AT ALL ! Finally she went to all four tables and placed a receipt on each. Honestly, we paid through the app and left she didn’t even care. HORRIBLE SERVICE. PLEASE, just go to another ihop. It was horrible but we still have a tip out of courtesy.

I ordered ahead on the IHOP app for pickup before work, I was able to order exactly what I wanted and pick up on time, I’ve always loved coming here, I ordered the bacon omelette And added the avocado for $2.99 I think is reasonable with how much food costs now in days but when I opened my breakfast I was so disgusted at what I saw. My avocado was turned dark I personally would have preferred to be charged extra for a good avocado or explained there were bad before sitting that in top of my meal. My meal was cold, I had ordered the cinnamon dippers with the caramel sauce and it came with a white sauce I’m very disappointed and I would probably never come to this location again.

I said I was not tipping… a female Manager came over with an attitude and asked me and my guest to leave because we was not gonna tip .. while food on table .. we left… and neverrrrr going back here again … I love ihop tho.. bad business ..!! Ps we need mimosas at all locations …

I went with my wife and daughter we got sat down the lady asked us if we wanted anything to drink I said 2 coffees and a milkshake with no whipped cream then we ordered our food my combo came with pancakes, she came back with one coffee and the milkshake with whipped cream then when our food came she said my pancakes were coming but they didn’t come. While eating we finished our coffee and we were asked by management if we wanted more coffee and we said yes but we waited 10+ mins for someone to come with our coffee refill. We told her I still didn’t get my pancakes she went to get them. I heard the cooks tell her in Spanish they were ready 10 minutes ago so it was just sitting there. When I got them they were cold and semi hard. Very disappointed with this experience . I love iHop but this service in this location was not it.

If you really were sorry and cared about your customers, you'd fix the simple issues that everyone seems to have the same complaints about smh!If I couldngive zero stars I would! Place is filthy nothing but ghetto rude servers we literally walked out! No one greeted us we stood in front of the 2 woman at the entrance a while as they chatted when they finally acknowledged us the girl grabs two menus and just walks away goes to a dirty broken seat for me and my daughter waves us over amd then walks away with a snotty attitude no menu's no silverware nothing I sit down and almost fell because of the broken seat the place also STUNK of weed! We literally walked out after waiting 10 min and not having anyone serve us take order of drinks etc. Disgusting never again will we ever go back!

Ordered curbside and after 20 minutes. I had to go inside myself to get it, was just sitting in the pick up area. It’s now ice cold and soggy thank you for wasting my time and money ?
