Great relaxed local place. The service is outstanding and friendly. The food was the best meal I had while I was in the area for the week. The wings with "everything sauce" were some of the best wings I've ever had.

Don't judge a book by its cover they say. At first glance the place doesn't look like anything special. Let me tell you though the food was excellent and bursting with flavor. The staff is always cheerful and smiling ear to ear. The ombionece of people made the atmosphere feel warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this place!
Didn't eat. Drinks are great price. Quiet little bar for friends to get together. Pool table, dart board, and a few sitting tables. Great owners and regulars are wonderful.

As one bartender at a respectable business to another, it would be amazing to actually encounter a competent bartender at this place. I (25) walked in, ordered a beer, winked at my friend at the bar and got kicked out for winking at my friend. The paranoid bartender kicked me out because she thought we were Sting. She also asked my friends what "sign" they were to verify their birthdays and "what organs they were donating." If your bartenders cannot handle their liquor (or other substances) to the point where they are turning away paying customers, it's time to find a new bartender.

The Verona Hotel....where to even start? It's a dive bar, y'all. The best kind of local bar. They serve great food, and even better drinks. It's truly nothing fancy, but if you're visiting the casino and want to get out and experience something local this is a great option. Just come casual, or you're going to stick out like a sore thumb ;)
