I thought there couldn't be a worse chipotle than the one in Ithaca but somehow this one is WAY worse. It's never open to order inside, the tables, floors and beverage area are always trashed, and when you are lucky enough to catch them open it takes 30-45 minutes to be served if theres 4-5 people in front of you. This place won't last unless something miraculous happens.

Tuesday Apr 2nd at 3 pm. 3 workers. We were planing to dine in but the place was disgusting. All the table coved with food. Garbage and dirty napkins nx to Cutlery! And No napkins. All together disgusting!!!? white rice was uncooked!

I don’t know why they call this Mexican food there is really nothing Mexican about it real Mexican burritos don’t have rice they steak or carnitas cooked in red chili with good fried potatoes with garlic and cheese. Or add eggs for a breakfast burritos and their people don’t even know how to shape the tortillas around the filling looked like a ball when they got done the cashier was to busy talking in the back room to wait on customers I won’t be returning they this is not Mexican food
Terrible just terrible. I’ve had a lot a chipotle in my life trust me. But this on by far is the worst. I got food posing from their red and undercooked steak once. I was like ok whatever boom hits me again with the queso this time. The worst chipotle ever always understaffed and never have any food. You’re a restaurant please have food.

There was not 1 clean table! The garbage was piled high and overflowing. I told a girl hefore ordering and someone went and cleaned tables and the garbage. Even though there were 4 people on the line, they let the beans run out. A girl started my bowl and waited a long time for the beans. Then my bowl sat on the counter for a long time. The counter was disgusting. I had to ask a girl to give me a new top because she had queso all over her hands and the counter. I don't want that white yuk on my container. The area where the register is was disgusting. Food all over the place. Then they set your bag on it. There was no ice. We were there 40 minutes. The counter was still not cleaned off. By the time we finally got our food, it was cold.

This has to be one of the worst Chipotles I have ever been to. Girl at the front with the glasses loves to skimp you out on a 15 dollar burrito. Even after asking for extra rice and beans, she takes the tiniest scoop and then pushes you forward. You could tell she didn’t want to be there and the burrito that I got reflected that.Try another Chipotle unless you want to get scammed.
