bad service. I ordered and paid for my cake, they knew they no longer have that cake but they didn't notify me in advance. When I arrived they were like We don't have it, you can pick another one of the same price in the fridge. No one apologized. They even didn't help find the flavor I wanted. Cold hearts.

Cold Stone is a pronounced ice cream restaurant that serves a fine variety of flavors. I ordered the brownie cup with cookie dough ice cream and caramel/hot fudge. The brownie enriched the cup to create a sensational dessert. I did not have a wait for my order and the restaurant was very clean. The only way I could be happier is if the cup was not as expensive as it currently is. Coming in at close to $10, it is near the costly side of my price chart.

If you want the performance by all means go, if you just want some chocolate ice cream go to the supermarket. You'll save about 10 bucks and you don't have watch someone slapping your sugar rush around on a cold rock.

Awesome place took my kids. Even when my child dropped her spoon, the worker heard it in a heartbeat and got a new one don't no how this place has 3.9 stars but should be 10 stars Awesome

Excellent customer service. My order was missing an item, I called, the issue was addressed quickly and professionally. Amro was patient and thorough, my order was corrected. I'd give him 10 stars!!
Went there w my roommate. It was really busy and we waited patiently. I made my order quick and easy. A scoop of cookie dough with twix and kit kat. However, when i got home they had mixed up the twix with butterfingers. Theyre lucky i didnt have a peanut allergy or that couldve ended badly. The service was fine, but that little mess-up couldve ended real bad for someone else.

I did not have ice cream, but my daughter did. She said it was good, but was not thrilled by it. They have a lot of choices to make it your way, but it is pricey. Ordered smallest size in a dish with two toppings, and it was $9.

Our experience was great, they were patient with us as we took awhile to look over the menu, lots of options. The girl who waited on me was very nice! The only complaint I have is the price. It was $40 for four of us.
