This was the worst experience ever! To start off the server I had no name tag had brown hair short (pregnant told us as soon as our drinks were brought out, 10 mins later) was very rude, incompetent and not pleasant. Half way through our meal (tasted nasty like grease haven’t been changed and icky) we noticed a roach crawling on the wall. At this point we wanted our check, no one was ro be found I peeked my head into the kitchen area, and observed cigarettes (smoked) on the food line. When I was able to grab someone they were rude and seemed bothered I had gotten up to get them I asked for my check, and left as soon as possible. I will not be returning and it’s not the best idea if you’re looking for a good healthy safe place to eat.

Went here because it was what my picky daughter decided she wanted because it’s more cost effective than eating at Chuck E Cheese where we’d just left at 7:30 pm. Because the hours stayed 5am-12am we approved of her choice. Only to show up to a parking lot with no cars (I figured it’s slow because it’s wet and cold out here tonight) all employees about the whole 3 of them stood inside the lobby as I yanked on the doors, staring at me, my husband and 2 kids in the freezing cold without even a single wave to go on. 7:30!!!! They could’ve said something but instead stared at us like we were the crazy ones for showing up for a meal at 7:30pm. So here we are at ihop. Much better choice as the employees are lovely and the menu is massive. Too bad, we loved Dennys.

Food wasn't cooked right eggs over hard where runny, waitress hardly check on us, kitchen backed up about an hour on orders only 8 tables where full including us coffee taste burnt,will not
We went there for a lunch date with our toddler. He loved it. Our waitress was so nice and our food was prepared swiftly. She made sure everything went smoothly for the baby as well as us. We love it 10/10

Unfortunately, I couldn’t take any pictures of food because the last two times I’ve been to this location, my wife and I were not even acknowledged. We saw workers in the back and they even looked us but nobody said anything to check on us or say anything like “we will be right there”. My wife has never been to Dennys and I wanted her to try it out but unfortunately both times have been a similar experience so we decided to leave. I give the benefit of the doubt because I enjoy other Dennys location but this is just unacceptable. I hope this doesn’t happen often to other people. I am not reviewing Denny’s as a franchise just this specific location.
