First visit to Route 96 BBQ. We had browsed the menu in advance to ensure we all could find something. We ended up with the 4x4, which is 4 types of meat (includes salmon), 4 sides and 4 sides of corn bread and pork rinds.I was very impressed with size of the platter, the 4x4 is $43. A very nice experience, smaller place the food was really good. Ordered then 4x4 for my family and it was a really good amount of food! Smoked salmon, pulled pork and Brisket were all very good. Sides were a bit iffy I'd need to try a couple more before I could be sure but the BBQ beams had a strange herb in them and were dry, the potato salad was nice if a little mustard flavored for my taste and the Mac and cheese was good.
