Double check you receipts because they had a basket of cups on sale (70% off) but we ended up paying full price which is super disappointing. If I were going to pay $20 I would have picked a better cup, I only got it because the sale price. My bf threw away the receipt of course and in 2023 they can't look up a purchase via card I guess (starbucks customer service told me nothing they could do about it) the barista was great though more disappointed in starbucks and whoever controls their POS system.

I love that they have lots of cup options! I always grab a drink here while I shop around Target ? . The staff is always fast and friendly :):) I do wish though, that they still had the lemon bread / cake slices like they used to. Maybe as the pandemic slows down; they'll bring back more of their menu items. :)

From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, this place was a disappointment. The layout leads to chaos and confusion. The line area is tight and cramped with no clear signage leading to confusion. There were 3 people behind the counter and yet I waited for 7 minutes while they took 2 orders in front of me. The girl taking orders had no customer service skills and a condescending tone even when she was getting orders wrong. The big let down for me was the lack of concern regarding food safety and contamination. The staff seemed relatively new but overlooked many things. In my 15 minute experience I noticed them touching food without gloves, dropping milk caps on the floor only to put it back on the container, contaminating soy milk vs. regular milk, and not cleaning the frother in between drinks. I was so disgusted that this was happening in front of me that my mind can only being to imagine what happens when there isn't a restaurant full of people... Overall, the poor customer service, bad layout, and lack of adequate food handling will encourage me never to return to this location. As another review mentioned, there are at least 3 other locations within a 1 mile radius that the convenience of going while at target is not worth it.

This Starbucks is terrible. Do not go here it is a waste of money. My drink was gross and people in front of me in line were also complaining about waiting for so long, drinks not tasting right, etc but the lady with blue hair that was making the drinks did not care at all. They employees are not experienced. One would think that if everyone is complaining about the same things that you could do something differently or at least be apologetic. There are locations near by that are way better. I will not be going here again.
