“Had a beyond amazing experience with Yang as our server. Originally I had gone to the Commack location and did not have the best experience but Yang made that all go away. She was very helpful, explained what each plate was as we received them. She also was very clear on how and when the tray must be changed and would let us know when it was time. Yang and the rest of the staff were very friendly and attentive at all times, even showing us how to properly cook the meals. I’ll repeat 1000000000000/10 food, service, and atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back to this location with my friends and families!”

“A typical pub atmosphere. We got a nice corner spot by the window for my dad’s retirement dinner. The sausage soup and filet mignon looked delicious! I had the mozzarella chicken and I brought home plenty of leftovers. You of course need to have the pub cheese and toast. I’m so glad they put it out on the table!This restaurant has been a long time for my entire family.”

Admittedly this is a chain, so food consistency is important, but the staff has been very considerate and accommodating. Additionally, there isn't too much space inside, which makes it a little cozier. Overall, a safe bet that's removed from a lot of hubbub.”

“Fantastic meal tonight. We had several food allergies including gluten and dairy. They were amazing at making sure that we had several options to meet all of our dietary needs. The owner came out and explained the menu to us. They were unbelievably helpful and the food was absolutely delicious! “The ramen I got was really good and hit the spot. As I was waiting for my food I chit chatted with the owners and they were super friendly. They answered all of my questions, regarding allergies, to the best of their knowledge and were just very inviting people. They offered samples for things I wasnt sure if I wanted and just really made me feel important as a customer. The fish and meat are always accompanied by flavorful, interesting vegetables and starches. The wine options are plentiful. Salad is great although they put green peppers in the salad but it’s not overwhelming and even if you don’t like bell peppers, you may not notice. “Had an amazing Birthday dinner at Arlo last night! They gave me a lovely Birthday card which was so sweet. Started off with a delicious Moscow Mule, made perfectly. For the appetizer we chose the fried calamari. Light and crispy, the portion is huge. For mains I had the crispy duck breast and my fiancé had the shrimp. My duck was cooked to perfection and the blackberry gastrique was so incredible it made the dish. My fiancé loved his shrimp. For dessert we shared and devoured the baked Alaska. The side table flambé was so fun and made the night super special. Also can’t forget the complementary champagne they gave us for my birthday. I loved the low light and warm decor of Arlo made it so romantic and added to the specialness of the night. Oh and the service was really impeccable. Definitely will be coming back!”

“been waiting to try this place for YEARS since i first heard abt it. its like an elevated chipotle bowl LOL. solid meal and huge portions.I got the fat boys barbacoa and my friend got the hawaiian. Mine was lacking a little sauce so was a bit dry but overall, enjoyable anyways. My friend’s shrimp was so good. Might come back to try their shrimp + fish tacos.”

The food is fresh , the dressings are to die for, the atmosphere is cool and comfortable, the employees and their customer skills are exceptional and the owners , Mike and his wife are some of the best humans I have ever met. I rarely come across owners of a small business who engages so much with their customers and really seem to care. The owner Mike literally drove part of my order to my house that was left behind by the Uber driver on accident. This is not the first time I got to experience their kindness and generosity at Salad-icious and I am so happy that they took a chance in these time to bring such an amazing , fresh and healthy spot to our community.
