this a real butcher shop in wading river they are so nice and will help to your car if needed there food is amazing the pot pies that michael makes are foll of chicken and veggies there meat selection is great it brings back memories of my grandfather who had an old fashion butcher shop in westbury with saw dust on the floor they make great heros to i think they are some of the nisest people around they always have a smile on there faces thank you for being in our small town anthony c

My family goes to Wildwood State Park once every year for these past 30 years and always make it a point to purchase meats here. And, before we leave we pack a cooler filled with their steaks, chicken burgers, and sausages. Our last visit, the end of July, had a great conversation with the butchers and they know their meat. The filet minion, the Porterhouse steaks were absolutely the best. My only wish is that we had a bigger cooler! Can’t wait to visit next year.

This has to be the worst sub I've ever had in my entire life. I walked in and asked the older woman behind the counter if she could make me a sub. I asked for a prosciutto, turkey, mozz, roasted red pepper sub with a little oil and vinegar on a full semolina sub. As you can see by the picture, the amount of prosciutto used is comical, and also being italian i know my prosciutto and she used proscuittini, a ham hybrid which tastes like crud! Also, where in the lords sweet name is the mozzarella?..... inexcusable! And lastly you can see the bread to 'meat' ratio, laughable! As a guy who takes his deli's seriously, this one gets the award of avoid at all cost!

Real Deal Butcher, this is one of the best butchers on Long Island. Super clean store, great presentation of meats, amazing selection of meats, items you can't find in most store like Snake River Farms Wagyu Franks, in a class by themselves, the Franks and this Butcher store. Biggest selection of chicken burgers, broccoli and cheese, spinach and feta just to name a few and taste amazing. Homemade hot and sweet sausages, loin lamb chops, filet Mignon, Shells, Strips, and Porterhouse all prime cuts, couldn't wait to start grilling once I left. Homemade empanadas, pulled pork and bbq chicken are also amazing, what a great flaky crust. Great friendly customer service.... Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend

Good quality meat, not cheap but prices are reasonable! Some stuff members should get some customer service training such as smile and not argue with customers. Made a $200 purchase and nicely asked to break a $5 bill to tip a butcher but got yelled at by a young woman first and then the older woman telling me they don't have enough singles as it is!!

I really wanted to like this place and support a local store. The deli cheese I got; was cut with multiple pieces of plastic in it ! The lady packaging my order either didn't notice it or didn't care. I have never had that happened any where else. Spend your money elsewhere.

This butcher has the BEST PRIME beef i have eaten in 20 yrs or. I was a food inspector in the US Army for 3yrs. And I inspected good beef; but this is the BEST. And whats even greater is the PEOPLE. What more can u ask?
