First & last time coming here. Was not greeted or acknowledged for over 5 minutes. Then another customer walks in and he was asked if he was picking up or placing an order. After he said picking up, he was then given an estimated time his order would be ready. After waiting a few more minutes I was finally acknowledged. I understand places get busy, which it was not, but a quick greeting, possibly a smile, wouldn't hurt. For the prices they charge, a little friendliness and courtesy can go a long way.

Very good ice cream. Lots of choices. Most of the servers are pleasant except for one young girl who is not very nice. Like she doesn't want to be there and she is doing us a favor. We go often and she is always the same. The ice cream is great.

Large ice cream cone was a kiddie size for $5 and 5 sprinkles! Hot fudge sundae had hot fudge all over the lid!! Terrible won't be back!!

Ordered 4 hot fudge sundaes and none had hot fudge.Spent $30+ on sundaes and did not get what we ordered.Very disappointing! How do you order a hot fudge sundae and not get hot fudge!!!Bern here several times and been disappointed.Will travel the extra miles to Carvel next time.

The staff at the Wading River Ralphs was excellent tonight. I had a large order and everything was done with perfection. I see some people may be complaining about the lack of hot fudge. But in the world we live in there are more important things than hot fudge on a sundae. I would highly recommend this location.

Awful. They needed to change the hot fudge as there obviously wasn't enough to make the sundae and stopped mid way through changing it while my husbands ice cream melted on the counter to help the long line. A small teenager also used the remaining hot fudge for his own sundae that should have been reserved for the sundae that was paid for. The girl snapped at him that she needed it for our sundae even though the container was clearly empty. The adult man, I am assuming was the owner went to change the container but then left the hot fudge on the rear counter, half scooped out, never heating it up to finish making my sundae. After waiting 3 more mins to see what he was doing, while he helped new customers, we spoke up and we asked for our money back. The owner acted like it was an inconvenience. The proper response would have been to stop helping the people that were waiting behind us and to remake our sundaes. Remake mine with actual hot fudge and remake my husbands melted sundae. We had already paid and were waiting on our order, it was unacceptable to help other people. We won't be back.The old owner was way better.

I've been to many Ralphs in my day and this one is by far the worst. I love and breathe Centereach Ralphs and this is nothing like that. The workers are rude and forgetful. The ices have no flavor. You are supposed to receive a curved lid if you get it to go but for some reason there in Wading River you are penalized for taking it to go and get jipped a whole scoop with a flat lid. Overall this place sucks

Absolutely awful service. It took 20 minutes to make two sundaes with no one else in line. Once they gave us the ice cream we realized the menu item that says “birthday cake” includes chocolate we asked for a cup of plain vanilla ice cream instead. They said they would need to charge for that. They were argumentative and rude. I would find another Ralph’s location to enjoy where the owners actually care about their customers.

Supposedly Katie and Olivia serving a large crowd equals poor customer service as I present my Ralph’s bucks for a party buck. I’m told they aren’t excepted because it doesn’t say wading River. But yet the coupon says accepted anywhere “if stamped”. Katie proceeded to tell me she will not accept them and I can pay with cash or get out in a frustrated voice. I am coming to get my money for the coupons and my $1 for the credit card fee I was forced to pay cause you wouldn’t accept the coupons.
