Terrible service. I don’t ever leave reviews, but I can’t get over how poorly the staff managed their time tonight. I understand being busy and understaffed. I work in the service industry myself. I was planning to become a regular because we travel to the area weekly. But I sat with my two young children for an hour after ordering without ever being checked on. When we were checked on it was obvious that our order had not even been put in yet. Again , I understand it was busy and there was a large party, I have been on the service end of that scenario so I get it , but this was beyond a terrible experience.
