NEVER ORDER FROM THIS CHIPOTLE!I recently ordered on UBER EATS from here and when the total charge came up, immediately cancelled because it was so high. I got the instant notification from UBER EATS that it would take several days for the charge to come off our credit card. The charge was still there after 6 days so I checked with UBER EATS and discovered that CHIPOTLE charged $53.55 to our credit card as a “cancellation fee”. That was the amount for the food that we cancelled. They said that they had already began our order which was impossible as i cancelled within seconds. UBER EATS is also terrible because after a very long chat with 3 reps they did nothing to get me credited, because of their policies. Bottom line, it is very very wrong to charge someone for food they never received. SHAME ON YOU CHIPOTLE!!

I’d give no stars if I could. Multiple times they barely filled up my burrito and when I asked them for a side of something they visibly got annoyed with me. I asked for extra fajita veggies and they told me I “have to leave some for other customers” when the tin of them was completely full and obviously just restocked. Everyone in the establishment is extremely rude and makes you feel unwelcome. I was also charged for sides in which I know are usually free. Felt awful leaving the store and planned to never return. Will go the extra mile or town over for a better experience.

Place an order at 6:15 pm, is 7:35 and not order yet still waiting in the mobile order area. And according to the crew my order was for 7:40 when at the binning said 6:30 - horrible experience!!

Don't mobile order here, both orders were missing guac, gave us the wrong beans and the amount of meat in our bowls was a joke. As a long time chipotle customer I've never been this disappointed.

Worst Chipotle In America. You can't sell a $4 chicken taco with 2 tiny pieces of chicken and stuffed with rice and beans. That's a beans and rice taco with some chicken flavoring.
Worst location, they filled the bowl with lettuce, 4 pieces of meat and charged almost 5 bucks for a teaspoon of guacamole, even tried to email to see if it was just a bad day but no response, horrible business and will not be going

Absolutely disgusting! Long day at work and came home to eat. I was eating half way through my burrito when I bit into something extremely bitter so I immediately spit out my food and found a bug inside!! So gross!!! Do better quality control or close down!! See the pictures I took attached. Never again ordering here.

So my son made me try this place like 2 months ago. It was fantastic!Clean inside, plenty of parking, not fancy, pretty quick even when theres a line. Very tasty food, we now go pretty often!If you haven't tried it yet you should!

This chipotle started charging for sides. I noticed this when I picked up my chicken bowl and it almost cost $17. I noticed on the receipt that they charged an extra $1.90 for 2 sides. These two sides were sour cream and a hot salsa. Both were not toppings on my bowl. I asked for it on the side.If I placed this order on the app for pick up sides included, there is no charge for sides.This franchise owner is not following the adequate chipotle pricing policy. This should not be allowed and I hope enough people complain so this can be stopped. No other chipotle does this. The owner must be an A-hole if he thinks he can get away with this. I hate that this is happening at the chipotle closest to me, and to avoid these side charges I would have to go to the next chipotle a few miles over. I would just place my order for pick up but every time I do that they skimp on the double meat and rarely give me enough lettuce even when I make it as 'extra' lettuce.I'm going to bring this up the next time I come to this location and I will refuse paying for the sides. If they give me a problem they can throw the bowl out and I'll place my order for pick up with my INCLUDED sides.
