I will never go again very rude service. The counter girl told me a fresh pie is coming out and be ready in 5 mins . So I told her I’ll be back in five mins and when I came back 5 mins later they sold the pie and told me sorry you got to wait another 15 minutes. That was unprofessional and unacceptable in my book.

Great food every time. Our go to for pizza also. Good variety for toppings. I'll be ordering from here tonight!

Great pizza place to escape for lunch. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Food selection is fantastic. I haven't gotten a bad slice of pizza or custom slice of pizza from the restaurant.

I guess for the most part it's a pretty OK neighborhood style place. Nothing bad at all but it just doesn't have any warm and fuzzy.

I had eaten here many years ago and remembered it to be a good experience. So my friend who traveled a distance wanted to go to Italian and close to my house. I go to calda quite often but I thought this might be a nice change. And I remembered it so thought would be a good option. First awkward thing is that you have to walk through the pizza. Place area to get to the restaurant area tables. That is the least of it. The staff was warm and welcoming, so that was hopeful. We were seated at a small table, and the table was set very nicely and clean. The gentleman that came over first was the bus boy asking if we wanted tap Water which I definitely did not but I don't think he quite understood that right off the bat. Eventually, the waiter came over and I was able to order a seltzer with lemon and also wanted to put in the appetizer order because we were starving. I ordered a glass of wine. My friend ordered a Diet Coke and we ordered the hot appetizer mixed plate. We also ordered our dishes with the salads that we chose. The salads came and we were eating them when the hot appetizers were brought over to the table. And pretty much left there and no plates were brought to be able to distribute them. We asked the bus boy twice to please bring plates. And that never happened, so we asked the waiter finally and one other bus boy. By the time everyone figured out, all we wanted were 2 clean plates to be able to distribute the appetizers that were sitting there. The appetizers were now cold. We had to send them back to the kitchen to get them heated up again properly. We finally got our plates and our appetizers. And they were actually pretty good, which were the baked clams And stuffed ? ? shrimp. I ordered the shrimp riella which is I guess a house specialty. Since that is the name of the restaurant and my friend got his dish, which he enjoyed because he is obsessed with everything very salty. I do not salt my food and the dish was not even edible. It was so salty. It was not the prosciutto that made it salty or the Mozzarella as the young man (17 years old...) who introduced himself as one of the family that owns the restaurant said that it was...when he came around to ask about our experience. The salty issue was the sauce plain and simple... He had already said he would buy me. My sangria which I ordered second after the wine because of the appetizer issue and I was grateful for that. Now my main dish is not even edible. It was so salty. I could tell the quality of the food was good. It just was that sauce. He didn't seem to care that it was inedible and just apologized and walked away. Lol. Was BIZARRE. Why are you going to ask patrons if everything is okay if when they tell you that it's not. You don't even do anything about it? And normally I don't care how somebody dresses and I know it's not a dressy place. But this kid was going around from table to table. Wearing a stretched out Gray T-shirt and looked very sloppy, to be honest. Asking, how everything is and an unsatisfied customer. He just debates that it's the cheese and the ham and not the sauce. It was just a very strange experience. Unfortunately, I was not able to eat my main dish, and I was starving so when I sent it back, they asked me if I wanted something else. And at that point I was nervous that it would be Too salty as well...Since my friend's dish didn't even require any salt. And he puts salt on salad! He told this kid flat out his was VERY SALTY and he didn't mind it... but def was VERY SALTY! Again was a weird response and then he walked away! Lol. When the bill came, he had charged me for both sangrias. Because I ordered a second one, and when I brought it app that he said he had been going to pay for my first sangria he replied I Paid for your dinner!!! Can u IMAGINE? I SENT MY DINNER BACK because it was inedible! Lol. So, he BROKE HIS WORD and didn't pay for the sangria which also wasn't that great! Needless to say... I WILL NOT be going back to Riellas in Levittown ever again. And I will

Visited last night after reading some positive reviews and I was looking forward to liking it. Well being an Italian it's hard to find good Italian food. This was not good. Mostly a pizza place with some tables thrown in. Three little cold rolls were placed on the table with a soup Bowl of sauce. Did I order tomato soup? It was a big bowl for three small rolls. How does three rolls divide into two people anyway? Four would have been right. Some butter? Warm them? A true test of an Italian restaurant is the sauce. Well this wasn't good. Arancini (rice balls) were yellow inside and scattered with green specks and Peas with ground beef. Accompanied by another bowl of tomato soup. They were bland Chicken scarparello was all sautéed with pre cooked sausage and potatoes that were baked or boiled ahead of time and cut up to add to sauté pan. Scarparello is usually roasted with garlic and is savory. This was no where near that. This was lemony watery broth and just thrown into a pan to be reheated. Family portion couldn't feed two fully. Shrimp with broccoli rabe was the same way. Boiled ahead shrimp and stems of rabe chopped up. Stems are chewy and hard. Dish also was bland and very small portion. Waiter was new. Didn't even ask if we wanted dessert or coffee. At least the bus boy was good. All in all $92 wasted. Disappointed and surprised this gets good reviews but it may be the clientele don't know better or what Italian good authentic food is. Disappointing.

Been here a few time mes. Food is very good and the service is always top notch. Never tried the pizza but it looks amazing. The dining area is separate and has more of a restaurant vibe than and add on to a pizza place.

OK so how I never tried this place before - is an unknown. This IS now my GoTo pizza joint. Absolutely love ❤️ their crusts and the overall freshness of thier offerings. The wonderful woman who apparently manages that part of the restaurant is incredibly friendly and diligent. Her and their team consistently make the highest quality and best tasting pizza I've had in years. The restaurant side of this Italian specialty restaurant has a modern but homey ambiance and is relatively upscale. They host parties and dinners regularly and every time I've been there they've had a decent crowd of what appears to be happy diners...Highly recommend!

I was so excited to get pizza. I hit check-in before I got out of the car. What I found was Riella's was closed ! i can however review from my several times i was there . I have only done takeout . There is a spacious room for eat in with table service . The feel is casual and welcoming , like a favorite neighborhood haunt ! The same women is always behind the counter and she is friendly and efficient . There is a huge variety of pizza . My favorite slice on the go is plain or marinara . They arrive piping hot ( the way i like all my food) I would venture to say they use high quality products. The pizza is a perfect balance of sauce to cheese. The crust is thin and crispy . What more could you want !
