Last time I came I bought a turkey club. The sign doesn’t (and still doesn’t) say mayo, but when I took it home, there was mayo on the bread and the person for whom it was intended wouldn’t eat it. Into the garbage it went.When I told the clerk about it, he said there usually is mayo on it but I reminded him the sign doesn’t say it, and that I had to throw it out once i got home. He apologized; no offer to reimburse for a sign that obviously misleads.Thats my negative experience with French Workshop.

Great place with great pastry options! Went there at the end of a Sunday for a coffee and pastry and I was pleasantly surprised. The croissant filled pistachio cream was delicious as well as the apricot and almond bar! The monte cristo sandwich was ok, would not order again. I enjoy eating at the place to enjoy a cafe atmosphere. Would go back to try more treats!

I love French Workshop and their desserts always satisfy my sweet tooth. So far, I've been to 4 of these locations and I can say that this location is my second favorite. This location isn't as loud as the other locations I've visited. Parking can be rough but they have lot. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. We did have an issue with the indoor seating (it was very dirty). We addressed it to staff and even asked for something so we can clean it. It took them quite a while to address it even though they said "okay". Other than that, we haven't had an issue. Desserts are always delicious and the drinks are great. I recommend trying out their caramel macchiato.
