Mother’s Day reservation and we get seated upstairs away from everything with no atmosphere vibe. Our waiter barely came upstairs. It took 40 mins for a salad to come out. The steak ordered was medium well, and when I received it the steak was rare. It was cold! So I never like to give food back but I waited 20 mins for the server to come back up and he said I should have told him lol He never came upstairs. I asked for it be just removed from the check and nothing else was taken care of. I had no dinner because of the lack of service. Very disappointed.

Went on a Friday night during restaurant week. Specials were ok not great. Apps and deserts were good, main not so. Previous visits were very good. Guess you get what you pay for.

i've been to this restaurant many times before it's a favorite. This reservation was just OK. They were unable to accommodate us in a booth for a reservation time. We went to the bar and ordered a beer on tap which had to be dumped out. They did replace it with bottle beer for us ended up waiting at least a half hour for a table which was in the bar area, which was fine except it was very cold and I feel as though the servers forgot about us for quite some time we never offered dessert and we were there to celebrate a birthday disappointed for this dinner

The food was very good but the "extras" (Lobster Tail) are extremely small and not worth the price they're charging for. When I pay almost $20.00 for a Lobster Tail I expect to get one bigger than I could get from a local supermarket. I had the Cowboy Rib-Eye and it was perfectly cooked (medium-well) and was very tasty. The mashed potatoes and green beans were excellent as well. Like I said, the food is very good but at a price point of almost $20.00 they need to get bigger Lobster Tails. The dessert (Warm Apple Crisp), which I purchased to go, was pretty average. In fairness, I can't say with 100% certainty that the blandness of the dessert was due to me taking the dessert to go.

Had a reservation, but had to wait 15 minutes for a table. Mash and green beans were cold, but steak was hot and cooked well. Lighting is too bright. Place is dated. Low music would be nice. Nice people but some changes could help.

Very disorganized. Waiter took order then spoke to another couple and had to ask busboy to bring some bread and drinks. The woman who I think is one of the owners was very helpful. Finally got my steak and it was too rare and chewy. . We have had the skirt steak before there and it was much better !

Our reservation was at 2:30. They ran out of the prime rib, receive ribeye steak. By the time we were done eating they had run out of the deserts. Only a small assortment to choose from. No rainbow cookies left. Told the guests before us cleaned them out.
Wife ordered a dish and requested no mushrooms due to allergy. Dish came with mushrooms. Kitchen should have told waiter that mushrooms were a part of the sauce. Wife then ordered pork chops. They were thin and had no taste and way overpriced. My pasta dish was the only good part of our meal. Overpriced and und flavored and prepared would sum up our experience. Not to be repeated!

Had early reservation but place was packed so they put us by bar side which was so packed people were leaning on my chair so annoying they mush have overbooked...steak was terrible .never going there again...to many great places around...live and learn.
Thursday nights has live music, but it was SO LOUD, we couldn't have a conversation without yelling. The food is good here, but the service sucks. It took over 10 mins for someone to take a drink order and we gave our whole order - appetizer came before drinks. The shrimp appetizer is really good and I had a charred romaine salad with goat cheese which is always good, with a tempura shrimp roll (not very fresh - the rice was gummy). Husband got the Osso Bucco which he loves and is really the only reason I let him convince me to go there. I will think twice before reserving here again.

Thom Thom is one of my favorite restaurants in my area. They serve many different type of sushi, seafood, and meats. I'm really great friends with the owner and sometimes it does get super crowded because it is a popular place! Make sure to make reservations because of this. The service of everyone is great they are all really hard working in the restaurant and bar and you can have great conversations with the servers. The ambiance of the place is a bit dark but it has a ton of seatings!
