I've been wanting to try Casa Ortega for quite some time. Well, I have to say I was not disappointed. I had Chicharron DeCalmari as an appetizer, I couldn't stop eating those tender, delicious calamari. For dinner I had Camarones(shrimp tacos with pineapple) WOW! Paired with a delicious margarita and I'm hooked! The service was great, Irving was terrific! The restaurant is bright and clean, family friendly atmosphere Highly recommend!!

Best Mexican in the Hudson Valley. You will not be able to eat burritos elsewhere.. the Rajas con cremas is amazing. I also recommend the amazing brunch. We keep coming back and love this place.

We go to this place every-time our son comes home from college to visit. This place is awesome!!! We live in beacon. We have gone to the new place in beacon and do not like due to the tasteless food. The Casa Ortega is worth driving to Wappengers Falls. They have NEVER disappointed. I am talking from the food, drink, and Desserts. Give this place a try.

One of the top 3 restaurants in Dutchess County. Food is definitely gourmet, and not just standardized Mexican food, but food cooked with Mexican flare. We had the BBQ ribs, Empanadas, and Pineapple Tacos. Everything was seasoned to perfection, and the taste of the street corn was a delicious taste I never experienced before. I only give atmosphere 4 stars since that location was never the greatest to work with as a restaurant. Service was attentive and pleasant. Sangria was one of the best I have had as it was not sugared down, yet had body to it. Would love for this place to get a better location, as the food blows away many other fine dining establishments close by.

Exceptionally fresh tastes, good salsas, huge selection of Jarritos flavors, and generous portions. The interior is clean and simple, and not noisy. Their flavors are not Tex-mex, comparable to the best of southern Cali. Casa Ortega please don't change your recipes or Chef! Will return, often.

OMG! The Quesabirria De Res us absolutely amazing. The flavor was rich and portion size was plentiful. I highly recommend this place for the food. Prices are reasonable but I can't say it enough the quality of the food was top notch!
