My kids were beyond excited to try new food and a new experience. The food that you cook yourself was well prepared, however the service left much to be desired.Any time we needed anything(aka drink refills, the crab leg crackers that we asked 2 different employees for that were never brought) we had to send whichever employee happened to be passing by to get our server off his phone and out of hiding. He even waited until our grill was pluming black smoke before changing it, while stating he should have changed it much sooner. For a place that costs so very much, I would have expected far more from it's service staff.Honestly, won't be going back for months to try and give them time to improve. We paid over $180 for just 4 people, and having experienced it...I wish I hadn't.

Food was fantastic. Quality was on point and everything came out super fast. Only area lacking was the dessert options. They were very bland and not exciting. Overall great experience and great value. Would love to see better dessert options in the future.

Vegetarian options: Different types of tofu, many mushrooms, even vegetarian broth options. Be aware you will share the grill plate with meat if others in your party choose meat.

I love coming here, and the food is fantastic. The only thing I would suggest is that you add chicken broth to your menu, but otherwise, I love the beef brisket; it is my favorite.

We enjoyed our meal a lot. Adding in the Korean barbecue is a great choice since it opens up more cooking possibilities and foods. The experience of cooking your food at the table is great. We had a lot of fun doing this together

I was actually quite ecstatic to hear that Kpot opened up Upstate NY... while it's still a bit of a drive from where I live... it's still much closer than going to NJ or Long Island where I went to my first Kpot. From what I understand, it's recently opened and as of the time I went a couple of weeks ago they were currently working of obtaining their liquor license. The building and the interior is quite large... the sauce bar is centralized in location but can be a walk depending on where you're seated. Do take note that the floors are quite slippery. At times I just slid my feet along in a skating motion to walk around. At some point staff came along and spread something on the floors which helped a bit with grip. Food and service was great. Our server Vincent (?) was attentive and refreshingly interactive. Same goes for the lady who carted our ordered ingredients over. Overall a positive experience except for the floors... will definitely come back.Parking: Located in a not so busy plaza... tons of parking space available.
This place is one of my favorite places to go out and eat, the food is great and the prices are just as great. Only knocking down the Atmosphere because it's one of those places that sings obnoxiously loud for birthdays.

It was an experience. The food came out fresh. I would advise not to go with a large group because orders were mixed up and there was a lot of confusion. I would try it again with no more than a party of 4.
