“I have been ordering from Ming town for twenty years and the food is consistently delicious. Some of my favorites are shrimp and broccoli w/ garlic sauce and white rice (or fried rice which is very good), Moo Shu, tofu and brocolli w/ garlic sauce, crab Rangoon. I am confident that I can try any item and enjoy it. The tofu is especially large and crispy how I like it. Portions are big enough to save some for later. This is my number one Chinese Take out and I highly recommend.“

Food is like everywhere else but clearly you can tell the difference in their care and love by the chef and her approach and her joy when speaking to her. They make their own hot chili sauce which I adore and appreciate and their hot mustard is the only one I’ve come across that rivals YouYou in Middletown.
