I don't know why anyone would wait an hour across the street at their competitors. The food is excellent, the service is great and you don't have to wait till 3PM to eat lunch

I called an hour or 2 ahead for a table of 7-8. They said all good. We (my wife and I) get there before all the others. We had to wait until everyone to get there because shame on us for getting there all the others. The server (dope black dude, I forget his name) started us off really good. Then food took a little long. One of the guys wanted a rare steak he got it well done (he ate it anyways. He's against sending food back and he said it was still really good). We waited around for refills that never came (besides the beer which added to the bill), as the meal went on our server seemed like he got upset about whatever. To round out the night one of the 2 people that were of the highest priority DIDNT GET HER FOOD because "it was given to another table" and the dude just seemed pissed off because other people were screwing up his tip. If he sees this they weren't the ones that screwed up the tip it was him. Not checking on us HIM not giving and updated checking on why she didn't have food when everyone else did. I fully understand the food aspect is not on him if it's messed up it was fully his reaction to how things happened that screwed it up. And quite disappointed that even tho a person DIDNT get their food not even a manager came by to apologize or say hi.

Forgot to take a picture before we started eating because it looked so good! Food was all delicious! Huge portions, good prices and yummy. Waitress was friendly. Food came out really fast at the beginning but then the service slowed down a little. Buns were brown bread - would have prefered white.

Steak came out cold. Had to send it back TWICE. Boyfriends as well. Server was amazing! $80 on dinner .. The manager said they would "comp" my meal for the inconvenience. Nope just a whole $3.. which wasn't what I was looking for.. I JUST WANTED A HOT DINNER!!

Was brought out ribs. Ribs were extremely overcooked and almost uneatable. When I complained the manager explained that there was nothing she could do because she was the one who cooked them and they seemed fine when she tested it before bringing it to me. She was very rude about it. I don’t know if she just has shark teeth or if she was being untruthful.
I called 30 mins before closing to see if I could place a to go order I was told no but they were seating until 10. I get there and the manager on duty at 9:40 (after I drove 20 mins to get there) tells me that her grills have been turned off due to lack of customers in the past hour. The doors were locked. I should not have been told to come if the grills were already off. I usually really enjoy eating here but I won’t be back because this is unacceptable.

First time here last night for dinner based on the reviews. Fantastic all around. We loved the food, great steaks, nice menu, great service, lighting, atmosphere. Will definitely be back. Prices are great too. Can't wait to go back.

We arrived and were told we had to wait,no problem at all.we were a party of five. Two more groups of people came in 10 minutes later and were both seated first.After 5 more minutes of being ignored I went up to the counter and said I think you may of forgotten about us.The girl was very rude raised her voice asking what our name was.I said they never asked for a name.We were finally seated and there was no heat in the restaurant, constant breeze coming from the broken ceiling tiles,80% of the dine in customers all had their winter coats on while dining in! Mind you the degrees was 1 degree in Watertown ny lastnight 01/19/2024. It took 2 hours total and we couldn't even enjoy our son's birthday celebration and in total our 2 bills totalled 204.00! The only thing good was the food after an hour of waiting! And it took 15 minutes after being seated to get a beverage! NOT ACCEPTABLE! First time in my life I have ever been upset enough to complain.

Terrible waiter,he couldn't remember anything even after writing the information down. Drinks were not refilled and no menus but ask what we wanted to eat! Then the food was overrated for the price,it wasn't that good at all. Burgers were under cooked on some orders. I had a sweet tea and was given some kind of soda with a lemon in it. SMH. Ask to get it fixed after waiting on our waiter for a long period of time to inform him. When he finally came we just decided to leave. I asked for my drink to be fixed,he brought me a togo cup with no straw,then vanished. Applebee's is better for a better price! I don't see how or why this place is expensive at all!
Stopped in here for a quick pick-up lunch, it was well prepared and fantastic.
