Every time I come here, the food and service are top-notch. Out of all the diners ive been to in the US (which is A LOT), and this is easily one of the best. I usually come here on Sundays after church during a very busy time, and my girlfriend complains (every time) that we're going to have to wait. That is never the case. They seat you quickly and will take seating preference in mind when seating. As long as I live in Watertown,NY, this will be my breakfast spot.

Wife and I go get lunch here 13 April 2024. First time visiting this establishment. We both ordered chicken wraps. Hers came with the lettuce wedge/butt of the lettuce and barely had any chicken. It happens not a huge deal but still wasn’t very good. Mine, I asked to add tuna to my wrap. Waitress said yes but commented that it was a weird request, not the first time I’ve heard that so it’s no big deal to me. But, when the short order cook is yelling the food out to the kitchen and literally says “stupid add tuna” about someone’s order when they are sitting 10 feet away from you is extremely unprofessional. It’s one thing to make comments about it being weird but calling the order out and saying it’s stupid or they’re stupid when calling it out is definitely over the top. Our experience there was disappointing. Will not be back to this establishment and will not recommend it to anyone in the future.

If your looking for a hometown feeling it is definitely the place to visit.Kid-friendliness: Had my 1 yr old grand daughter with me and she got attention from all the staff as well as customers. Very outgoing atmosphere. Will definitely be going back when in the area.
