I can't express enough love for this place! SOOOO many nail selections! I always get great nail techs! Im very specific with what I want, (I'm also realistic that lots of pictures online are photo shopped) YES nail pix too ladies, so bringing in photos from online won't always be helpful. Be realistic & work with your nail techs. The Bad reviews for this place won't ever stop me from coming!!
The store is gorgeous, but the staff and workmanship of nails is severely lacking. I have long acruylic nails and they banged out my fill in 40 minutes (that is CRAZY fast). The shaping was off and the paint was not applied cleanly; missing my edges clearly. Finally, when I went to pay, the cashier was aggressively pushing me to pay Venmo instead of credit (which I was holding in my hand). I said no thank you, he then was selling me to use their personal ATM standing by the register...read full review

Today I went to get my refills on my nails ,I had Vicky she did a wonderful job and I also got a pedicure done she also did that for me, I love coming here everyone is very nice ,I started coming here from my daughter and been here ever since of last year June I will recommend everyone to come and check out VIP nails and spa's in citrus Heights
