I said no I'm good got the sub literally thrown in my face. I'm done for good. I'll support a small business not a billion dollar chain.

Placed a order her in my app just to get there to pick up and find out they do not honor coupons so even though I purchase the FLBOGO buy one get one it was a wasted trip and money because I was expecting to use the promo as I have done at other locations. The worker were apologizing but my argument was how did the app allow me to place the order. Then you get your sub just to find out they fixed it how they wanted. On top of that you got beggars soliciting at the door. Definitely won't return to this location on mobile order or walk in. Smh ..do better subway.

When i asked the young man for a couple extra tomatoes on a very thin half veggie sub he refused to and his demeanor was beyond horrible. He made it very clear that my skin color and my money wasn't welcomed there.

Egregiously overpriced! $12+ for a 6" sad pathetic Italian sub with about 6 slices of meat and two halves of cheese. There are 4 or 5 decent pizza/sub shops down the road and highly suggest to go to any one of them instead. That is what I will do from now on. Lesson learned, hopefully this review will prevent you from making the same mistake.
Do not use online ordering with Subway. If you cannot see what they are putting on your sandwich they hardly put anything on your sandwich. I love the cold cut combo with tons of vegetables. Not so good when you order 6 vegetables and all you get is a couple banana peppers. I will be calling tomorrow because by the time I got home and noticed they were closed. I went to the latham subway for lunch today and the one sub I got for lunch weighed more than the two subs I just got in watervliet together. Rip off just look at the pictures. A picture says a thousand words.
