Trivia night was fun and lent to the great atmosphere.Drinks were good, but the food was a bit disappointing. The skillet was good, but the "fried" dish we ordered was less authentic than an old-el-paso-white-people-taco-night. Definitely going to return for Trivia and drinks... and maybe, possibly... dessert?
Came by to see the falls today. Looked around for food very briefly and settled on El rancho. I HIGHLY recommend it, the food was fantastic, beautifully spiced and well cared for. Nothing came out covered in grease or loaded to the brim with fake lettuce. It was very authentic food. Our server Ryan was phenomenal, big smile great service!

Wish I could rate this place higher, but service was terrible. The staff was hustling, but this place is severely understaffed! Enjoyed my food, live band was pretty good, margaritas made par. However, on my way out, I saw my server also tending bar downstairs! Unreal! I recommend this place because the food is good and the drinks are good for the price, but be prepared to wait for your food and drinks.
