Terrible costumer service they messed up my order didn’t even hesitate to help out to make a new one instead she gave me everything on the side Never again coming to this place I recommend you guys do the same Dunkin bagels for the win at this point unfortunately this is getting put on FB.

Popped in on a ☀ day for a quick lunch to go enrte to Sodus. Delicious brisket sandwiches on yummy bagels and fast service with smiling faces behind the counter- couldn't have asked for a better experience and it was even VERY busy!!

I’m not one to leave a review ever but the last 3 times I’ve been to this location they’ve messed up my order and I get the same thing everytime. 1st time I asked for turkey deli, cheese, and and egg only to get home for it to be turkey sausage. Whatever I thought right. Next day I went in ordered the same thing and they slapped some creamy sauce, didn’t eat any of the food, today I go in and ask for the same thing, and they leave out the eggs and not to mention the person ringing me out stared at me when I walked up like I did something wrong. Penfield store it is??

Ordered two sandwiches, ordered a western which was good the other was a cinnamon sugar bagel , egg white, cheese abd bacon and got a fried whole egg no cheese and bacon. Dissatisfied!

2nd week in a row with the wrong order. This week, 1 egg and cheese with veggie cream cheese added, 2 westerns with jalapeno cream cheese added. The receipt says I paid for cream cheese yet none of the sandwiches have cream cheese added. Should I get used to checking my sandwiches before I leave?
Stopped by on Saturday. Busy as expected. But my food was ready and the staff was nice as usual. Bagel was an amazing fresh NY style dough. Staff was very sweet and fast! Although I heard the older gentleman making rude remarks to the staff. Would come again!

The staff was. The food was great but app is horrible!!! If u order on app to get deals u can't ask fr on side stuff or flavored coffee or even extra toasted.... Why not oh and to get rid of Splenda is mistake it's all I can use. Pink causes cancer... The blue taste nasty. At least have option to get some from behind counter. When u order u have to tell them not to make it so u can tell them to make it the way u like. Would be 5 star otherwise
