The place itself is pretty much clean. Now the food portions are sometimes lower than normal but only when Jen works at the Webster location. I don’t know if Jen is her full name or not but this is the second time that she’s served me and my boyfriend and it’s taken everything in me to not call management. Her attitude is horrible and respect for customers is unacceptable. Especially mumbling under her breath when she messed up an order. Personally, I’d be lucky that I didn’t speak to HR about this myself. I’m a very nice person but when I get treated this way especially as a customer, expect a bad review.

Go here once a month. Do like it, generally good food, but can vary in quality. I Like it's actually cooked there. Servers friendly but seems they might be under pressure to go fast & rush us out. Tables, this time, needed cleaning. May have been an off night. I will go again.

My first time there , never again they put my 3 stake tacos wrapped together and they were so cold , all the tortillas got stuck together and slimmy , I couldn't eat , very disappointed. Never again

I can not tell you how many furiouse people were at our local 14580 Chipotle restaurant for their BOORITO $6.00 for any bowl purchased after 3pm till close at 10pm on the App or Website only orders. The App had not worked at all after 3pm to 7pm when we got there. I told them we had tried from work and home to put in orders but the App was not working and neither was their web page. It all lead to a page with a cartoon avocado saying sorry come back later. Our resturant in Webster told us that corporate told them to not do any $6.00 BOORITO bowls that were not done online. Is that not false advertising? Each of us had an account and all three of us tried in store to get App or online to work only to get Sorry Avocado guy there. They told us if we paid for 2 bowls full price they would give us only 1 bowl for $6. The 3 of us decided to eat the other 4 in our group walked to CORE Life eatery next door that had a 50% off your total order. Core Life had the better deal and Chipotle should be sued by every state's Attorney General after this bogus App offer that no one got plus you didn't get points for what we paid for!!! FALSE ADVERTISING!

Thurs 9/21 4:40pm… there Is literally nobody there, no rush, in this case I could see if there was a rush. The burrito was probably the smallest roughly 6 inches and 500 calories small—- the lady making the burrito, put literally a palm full of rice, you might as well put none. The meat I can understand being small… im literally 6’4 205 lbs, this was in no means worth $12… I should’ve just left and let them keep it, it was that bad. However the cash register lady was very nice. Just trust me and never go at this time..

Very disappointed in this restaurant. Wrong items in the bowls, extra items in the bowls that were not requested. Small portions.
The staff, particularly the woman with dark hair and glasses, is why I'm writing this review. She was the friendliest employee and treated me like a guest visiting her home. She was prepping food, cashing people out, and in her down time was cleaning the tables. The food was your standard chipotle, good portions & fresh, restaurant was extremely clean...but the woman made it the best experience I've had at a Chipotle.

The sear pleasantness of the serving team took a fairly disappointing day and turned it around. Thank you for the brighter day.

Always love this location and have left 5 star reviews. This time I'm a little disappointed because ordered Organic Lemonade which was gone when I got there, so my other option was an Organic Mango Agua Fresca which was so watered down, for some odd reason, I had to throw it out. We ate at home....if I'd still been there, I would have asked for a refund. Three dollars for nothing. ;(
