Outstanding customer service at this location. Mgrs Chad and Tom helped meet my needs in an emergency when friends were displaced by fire and sent to a nearby hotel. They did everything needed to accommodate on short notice and help me get a meal of subs to the displaced family of 6. Chad even included a personal note wishing them well in getting through this difficult time. We were all super impressed and the family in need felt cared for. They thought the subs were delicious as well. Thank you!!!

Great rolls! Suggest the everything roll with a steak sub. I believe this is the best steak sub in Rochester. There are other very good ones, but the everything roll pushes it to the top for me.
DiBellas can do no wrong! The staff is always so incredibly patient, happy & knowledgeable. The food is something I missed and dreamed of when I lived across the country & was one of my first stops when I moved home. Always looking for an excuse to get here.

Stopped in at DiBellas after a day of Christmas shopping with an empty stomach and a coupon for a free mini-sub! I asked if the coupon was “for real”, told me it was genuine, and made me feel so welcome. Everything on the sub was my choice, and I opted for their “Godfather”. I just woofed it down; absolutely incredibly delicious and no skimping on meats. Can’t wait to go back to DiBellas, best sub I’ve ever had. All the employees are rude the Manager is no where in sight all the hs kids are having fun instead of working very unorganized and unethical also a employee kept calling me sir when I was clearly a female. Bad service also gave my food to another custome no name tag or I would name the non customer friendly
