Great food. The service is very nice. It does take a little time as this restaurant, like others is not staffed to the brim. The only thing is that I would prefer to visit other restaurants that do not charge a service (CC) fee for using a card.

Went to dinner there last evening. Poor service. Took a long time to take our order. Nachos were wrong and VERY expensive for the little topping on them. Sent them back to get chili on that was ordered instead of chicken, and were given back with chicken still left underneath chili. Hair in one order and very little sauce on Station Plate. Excess of sauce in boom boom shrimp wrap, sent it back and returned saying sauce was scraped off. Charged us for a blue cheese we never got.Waitress was running around frazzled with all she had to do for us and other tables. Don't know what happened to the place but we are very disappointed and will not be returning.

The reason for the 2 stars is simple. Foods good, atmosphere good, prices are wacky. A credit card extra charge, and the passive aggressive sign on the door is hilarious. Due to the styrofoam ban it is 50 cents extra for a box on to go orders as well as taking food home if you cant finish. Best part is that the box that they gave me is plastic. Go there to eat and drink but don't take anything with you. Lol

Went there before the Christmas Parade at 445 for a 630 Parade. Unfortunately we made the hostess angry by switching tables. She left us without a server for 45 minutes. One came over and we saw them talking behind the bar and the server never retuned. Finally went to the bar to order the bartender said "just a minute" again the hostess came over and I was told to go and wait for a server. Finally after 45 minutes a server came over. By that time multiple tables that came after us had been served. The part of our party with small children left and ended up at another restaurant. the Filing Station obviously did not share in the Christmas Spirt of the Village of Webster, We visit local establishments often and have never never had a problem with a hostess or server before. I was truly shocked by the treatment.
