Could've been better. Actually I know Jersey Mikes can do better. I ordered a veggie sub online for pick up. You know, the really big one that comes to $17 with tax . And I was expecting it to be loaded with veggies in place of the meat and cheese... But it wasn't. At all. Just a sprinkle of lettuce, a couple tomatoes, another sprinkle of onion, a dusting of the green peppers, and like four pickles. I also asked for some yellow mustard and it came thickly sickly LOADED with mustard. Good thing I didn't ask for spicy I had to wiped most of it off with a napkin to even enjoy the sub. I guess next time I need to specifically ask for extra veggies on the veggie sub and the yellow mustard on the side ...or not even order online at all. Not a sub above this time around

Went there a few weeks ago and they forgot to include our chips. I wrote to them and the next time I went back the manager specifically came to me, remembered my name, and apologized and totally made it up to me.Hope he gets credit for his small yet thoughtful gesture! Thank you again.Btw: the food is always great, and we go a few times a month because of it.

Food was great as always, but the service was unlike anything I have ever experienced at Jersey Mikes. The two men that were working were rude from start to finish. Very short with us when taking our orders, acting like we were inconveniencing them. Once they took my boyfriend and I’s orders they told us “go sit down over there and wait for your food it’s going to be a while” (we ordered 2 subs) - but then not even a minute later , they call us back up because our food was ready. The whole experience really threw us off.
I remembered I had coupons and wanted to grab something quick.I walked in and saw two employees. One young woman (standing with her left hand on her face) and a man bending down behind the counter. The man greeted me and then the young lady greeted me. I then gave him my order. I watched as he grabbed a pair of plastic gloves and proceeded to slice my meat.I then watched the young lady grab a pair of gloves and asked me about my toppings. NOW, NEITHER OF THEM WASHED THEIR HANDS PRIOR TO GRABBING THE CLEAN PLASTIC GLOVES!Another man came out of the back area, WASHED HIS HANDS, put on a pair of plastic gloves, and asked me if I wanted to purchase any cookies. I said "no" and thought maybe I should walk out.Needless to say, I did not walk out. However, I thanked the guy who rang me up for washing his hands prior to putting on the plastic gloves. I explained to him that it's pointless to put the gloves on if you do not wash your hands first! Whatever contamination on your hands was on the plastic gloves and now on my food!I asked him if he understood, what I was saying and he said "yes." I also asked him if he was the manager, and he told me no.I am sooo disappointed in the manager as well as the young lady who prepared my food for not washing their hands FIRST!As I mentioned when I walked in the door, the man was bending down behind the counter, and the young woman had her hand on her face!GOING FORWARD, PLEASE ALWAYS WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE PUTTING ON ANY GLOVES. OTHERWISE YOU MIGHT AS WELL JUST MAKE THE SANDWICH WITHOUT ANY GLOVES ON.THANK YOU,

I really didn’t want to do this because there subs are good but they have messed up my order every single time I have gotten a sub. I ask for no peppers or onions and they add them every single time. Make sure you triple check your order with these employees

Well my family thought we would try this sub place out. Start with my husband's sandwich he told the girl no jalapeños...yeah she added them making it hard for him to eat it because they aren't easily picked off. My sandwich was tuna...it was watered down and barely tasted like Tuna. My daughter had Tuna as well and she thought it was gross as well. None of us could even finish their dinner. We will not be returning.
